EarMarked Conference 2013

Hello everyone!!!

Just wondering if any fellow TA's have any thoughts on where and when the EarMarked conference might take place.


I am thinking September at WDW.

Come on....just guess....Last year's was incredible on the Fantasy!!! I just cannot wait for this years. Especially as it is coming up on a year since the last conference.

I'm thinking in the fall sometime, off-season.

I just saw online under the earmark section plans for fall, more info coming this spring.

Is this a travel agent convention? I'm saying at CSR in mid-November. Guess I'll have to keep an eye out for these dates just in case!

Yes....it is the Annual EarMarked Conference. Last year it was on the Fantasy for a preview cruise and this year it seems to be back at Walt Disney World.

I heard the dates are September 16-19th. Any more details? Heard owner and 1 delegate at CSR. I am going. Anyone else?

Doesn't the amount depend on each agency individually? I have heard Sept for months, but not dates yet.

The dates are 9/16-9/19. Owners recieved a Save the Date email. It states the dates and number of delegates that will be invited.

Not much is out, but you have to be part of an earmarked agency and your agency is only alotted so many to attend and you have to be basically chosen by the owner. It's not easy to get to go to.

Hey- so excited this is fast approaching! I noticed on the agenda it has an afternoon/evening for "theme park experience"...is that usually free time or done as a group? Trying to decide whether to bring my son or not <gasp!> based in the amount of free time!

The free time is for you to do whatever you want.


I am flying out of Pittsburgh on sunday at 6 am with my family.
