This beauty will only set you back by $29,700, maybe. Happy bidding.

we bid on a collection of nemo chatacters including bruce the shark which was about the size of a mini van a couple years ago-- I didn't get them. We wanted to put them out by our pool. they went for about 3k. they also needed a little work. Dumbo would be really cool!

I just love the fact that it's mounted on wheels. Wonder if they put their kids/grandkids in that thing and pushed them around the house?

How do they get stuff like this? Do they steal it in the middle of the night? LOL

Naw, Disney periodically sells some stuff to super collectors instead of crushing everything. They have sold attraction ride cars, a section of the original monorail red but mostly it is small trinkets like curtains, lamps, furniture and periodically some out of date CM uniforms.

---> it didn't sell.

My wife wants to make a Dumbo-themed nursery for our upcoming little one and I keep telling her I bet I could convert a Dumbo car into a really cool crib. She keeps saying some nonsense about it being too expensive.

I thought that was a good idea too. Don't know about how safe it would be though:/

Simple motor and off center shaft and it could rock itself. I like it. I wonder if you could take a picture print it onto a transparency and then project it on a block of foam. If you could on your next trip to disney take a top, bottom, side and back pictures of Dumbo you should be able to carve the foam and then make a fiberglass mold... It is a major undertaking but if you are artistic it may be do-able.

Wouldn't you just love to set it on the front porch and watch the world go by :lovestruc
