We will have a cutoff date of at least a month prior to sailing. As I said right now we have 16 (1 more added) cabins. Unless we really have a massive amount join, I think we will have a manageable group. I feel we will set a limit of around 40, if we even reach that.

The gifts are up to you. I usually do a cabin gift and something additional for children. I have seen it done many ways. Totally up to you and your budget.

We did the postcard/recipe on our Western last year and had a blast with it. We all did postcards from our state or particular area and put either our favorite recipe or something that was also special to our region (and it can be more than one) as with the other stuff, totally up to you.

I saw it in the Pre-Arrival Guide you can get by going to the planning guide on the DCL website. It has the itinerary including the Pirate Party and any reservations you've made. Mine won't have anything for another month+ since we're newbies.

That is way too many, I have had over 50, but even I would have issues with that many.

As I said I managed a few over 50, but it was a challenge fitting it all in the suitcase.

We will make it manageable, I promise.

I hope you have an enjoyable time. We did not plan anything big this year. I don't now what we will next year for our 30th since we already have another cruise on the books for April. Guess I'll figure that out later. Maybe we will just go somewhere in TX!!

Happy late anniversary.

My DH and I decided early in our marriage how we would make it work and it has. We can happily say we have never had a fight, several small disagreements and we sit and talk a lot. I think communication is a big factor.

When we celebrated our 25th anniversary, I had told him I wanted to do it with a Disney cruise. He admits he only agreed to it to keep peace in the family, but when we got back he loved it so much he is always asking when is the next cruise and where are we going?
