***Official November 2013***

We will be staying at Old Key West and animal Kingdom Nov 1st to Nov 11th
We are celebrating our 10th anniversary by renewing our Vows on Nov. 4th! So excited!

I am sooo jealous of those of you who succeeded at getting BOG reservations!!! Yay for you. We will be stuck in the lunch line. :(

Hey guys! So I haven't posted much, but I am on the front post with my dates :) Me and my family will be going to WDW Oct. 30 - Nov. 6th! We finally decided upon the date :thumbsup2
A few weeks ago I made ADRs for this date and I'm so excited, I just wanted to share! :dance3:

Thursday 10/31 Ohana Breakfast @ 8:05am
Friday 11/1 Paradiso 37 @ 6:15pm
Saturday 11/2 Ohana Dinner @ 5pm
Sunday 11/3 Sanaa for 2 @ 5:40pm & Kouzzina for 3 @ 6:30pm
Monday 11/4 Crystal Palace @ 8:15am & Be Our Guest @ 4:15pm
Tuesday 11/5 Via Napoli for 3 @ 4:30pm & Raglin Road for 2 @ 12:30pm.

We will also be going to MNSSHP on 10/31 :)

Hey Amunet - We have the same time and date for 'Ohanna. Nov 2 @ 5PM.

It would be great to know some of the schedules of the people going at the same time to see where we overlap on schedules.

Congratulations! I got all mine too ^_^ And an extra congrats to the BOG reservation :thumbsup2 Did you have to get an outlandish time?

Thanks! No we got 6:30. 2 tables one for 4 and one for 8. It is a party night and we booked it 180+5 days out. I think the key is booking it at the end of your vacation to get a better shot.

Whoohoo, I get to finally join a group!!! :cool1:

Today I made our reservations for Nov. 23rd-30th.. soooo excited!

We haven't been since 2008, and it was a long 5 years! lol!

Taking my mom this time, and she'd never been to WDW, so very excited to see it through both my dd's eyes and my mom's as well.

Got a free dining pin, so didn't think a vacation would be happening for couple more years, but here we are!

And to make it extra special, my older dd turns 13 ON thanksgiving this year, and we'll be down there for her b-day.. then my younger dd turns 11 just a few days after we get back home.

Any suggestions on something to do to make one of the days special for them? (within a budget, :))

Will be jumping on the phone in just a few short days to make all the ADR's.. gonna be a busy few days planning everything, :)

Terrific!!!! I will make sure to add you to the first post. and :welcome: Where are you staying? My DD turns 14 right when we get home, so we'll be celebrating her birthday down there. The only restaurant she has ever wanted to eat at is Coral Reef, so we have reservations there. I am also going to get a small cake from the Boardwalk Bakery delivered there. The cost is about $30 and I believe I am able to choose the filling and cake and colors. I can give you a link to the cake thread if you're interested.

Also, we took my MIL in 2009. It was nice for her to share the experience with our kids and my husband. It is a trip I will treasure.

Too cool!!! I'm checking in on the 31st!!! We *must* do a meet! I would love to renew my vows at WDW....maybe I can convince hubby it would be a great idea. ;) He's very quiet and introverted and doesn't like a whole lot of fanfare. So....there goes that idea. :rotfl:

I'm so excited to be staying at OKW. Are you DVC?

That is awesome! Are you guys renewing your vows through Disney! My husband and I wanted to do that but wasn't sure how to go about setting something up!

It's official...we are booked for AoA-LM 11/22-28! C'mon, fall free dining! :worship:

Hey Amunet - We have the same time and date for 'Ohanna. Nov 2 @ 5PM.
That's awesome! Maybe we can seat together? How many are in your party?
I'm really excited! We've never eaten for dinner at Ohana's before :goodvibes

That's awesome!! Ours is a bit early at 4:15pm, but we're so excited! Yeah, we did the 180+5 as well, it was either at 4:15pm or 8:30pm. We were originally going to keep our reservations open, you know, to flow with possible free dining, but she decided to keep us firm on these dates cause she didn't want to loose the BOG reservation! :rotfl:

Just wanted to post my updated ADR's:

11/3- 1900 Park Fare (6:45pm)
11/4- Garden Grill (6:00pm)-Thinking about changing this one to Chefs or Coral Reef. Not sure yet.
11/5- Jiko (6:05pm)
11/6- 'Ohana- (6:35pm)
11/7- No ADR- Spening day at IOA for Harry Potter. DS is a huge fan
11/8- Cape May Cafe' (5:30pm)

I only wanted one character meal so I am thinking about changing Garden Grill. Any other Epcot suggestions?

We have a party of 7! We are actually two families. My family being, DW, DD (10) and DS (20). And then there is my DD's best friend (10) also and her parents. The two girls will actually be 11 when we go. We ate at 'Ohanna for the first time on our last trip 3 years ago and loved it! Can't wait to go back!
How many are in your party?

I am doing the Happy Dance!! We are going from Nov 9-17. There will be 16 of us so if you see a big mass of chaos, don't be afraid to say 'hi' - that'll be us!

We are split staying at OKW and AOA and we were able to get all the ADRs we wanted:

Cape May for breakfast
Tusker House for breakfast
Akerhus
Hoop Dee Doo
Be Our Guest

My parents are celebrating their 40th anniversary this June, but they are going on a cruise and we aren't really planning a celebration for them. Thinking of surprising them with an anniversary celebration and fun cake on the Be Our Guest night! pixiedust:

Thanks for adding me to the list, :goodvibes

We'll be staying at POR. Since they sleep 5 per room, it was much cheaper than trying to reserve 2 rooms.

Getting more and more excited each day, :)

Woohoo!!

Just added a day to the front of our trip! :cool1:
and...managed to save $250 in airfare in the process :woohoo:

What a Friday!! :banana::banana:

(we will now be there from Nov13-Nov24)

I'll make sure I add you to the first post. We're going to get our daughter a cake when we eat at Coral Reef. It's going to be a very special birthday for her since we really didn't go all out for her 13th birthday.

We love POR. The food court is awesome and the ambiance is amazing. We are a family of five and do just fine there. Let me know if you need any tips. You will also want to check out portorleans.org. Andre is amazing!!!

Whoo-hoo!!! I'll make sure to fix it.

I am very tired (about to fall asleep as I type), so I will make all the changes and updates tomorrow morning. Have a great night and for those enjoying Wishes on the live stream - have a blast!!!!

I only wanted one character meal so I am thinking about changing Garden Grill. Any other Epcot suggestions?

The only two things I booked at Epcot were Garden Grill, and lunch at Chefs de France (we're on a budget, so only got to pick one meal each, GG was DS7's, CdF is mine, and DH picked Wolfgang Puck Express). So obviously those were our favorite Epcot restaurants, though from the other reviews most of the dining at Epcot is good. If you're looking for atmosphere for kids, Coral Reef is supposed to be good since there's a chance you could sit next to the aquarium.
If you want fancy and delicious, Le Cellier is pretty consistently fabulous (expensive, but I always expect to overpay for filet mignon, so I'm okay with that if its in the budget).
Btw, IoA is amazing, I ended up going due to a fluke last trip, and now its on our "can't miss" list. You're going to love it.

Got a pin for free dining, so we ditched our plans to run the Princess half and moved our trip up to Nov. 11-17 (which suits me just fine because I was getting really nervous about signing up for the half). Staying at POFQ and got all of our ADRs.
Tues - Chef Mickey's
Wed - Boma
Thurs - Chefs de France
Fri - 1900 Park Fare and SciFi
Sat - BOG

MVMCP on the 11th.

Nov 10-14 at SOG
Got all my ADRs at the 180 day mark for each day.
11/10-Ohana-dinner
11/11-Grand Floridian Cafe-dinner
11/12-Via Napoli-dinner
11/13-Kona-breakfast
Liberty Tree Tavern-lunch
11/14-Coral Reef-dinner

So looking at Touring Plans it looks like 11/15 will be the best day for MVMVP...is that right? The crowd number is 1.1 and 11/11 is 3.5. I am ordering my tickets today and want to make sure I get the best day :thumbsup2
