Yes, it's exciting. He's on cloud nine at the possibility. He is letting his employer know today about the interview. They love him where he works. He has such a vast knowledge of fresh and salt water fish and coral.

Thanks, I'm happy too. It took me over a year to be able to eat on my capped tooth. The last time I had a tooth filled it was beside the tooth of last week. It hurt for 2 years where I didn't feel comfortable eating on it. Now it's fine. Maybe it wasn't that tooth after all, but the one next to it that was fixed last week?

What better way to prepare for SWW than a May the 4th be with you celebration at Disney's Hollywood Studios?!

We arrived late so there was no event merchandise left for either May the 4th or Revenge of the 5th. That wasn't the only thing missing. Parking lot attendants were scarce. There were 3 in the entire parking lot. One was at the cm lot, one was near handicap parking and the last was at the same as the handicap, but back further. There was NO ONE checking for spots remaining in rows. Anyone want to take a stab at what happened to us?

Suffice it to say, it was THE WORSE parking lot experience ever. Besides being sent down a full row with at least 10 other cars in front and behind us, then having to drive back around and re-enter the parking lot from scratch, there were cars driving the wrong way down aisles, cars driving backwards all the way down aisles. We remarked that it's amazing there aren't any accidents.

We knew with the parking lot that much of a disaster, that Disney obviously did not expect the crowd that May the 4th drew in. From reading the DIS boards we knew that merchandise was either gone or near gone. It was gone. That's where the bad ends and the awesome begins.

We headed to Jedi Training Academy. We knew we were in for some change. Disney was allowing parents to participate with their kids! (If you were an adult and didn't have a child, you were out of luck.) We found a great spot. They were using both the upper and lower levels. Darth Vader was on the top and Darth Maul on the lower.

While we were waiting for the show to start, a Tusken raider and Gamorrean Guard walked by.

Without a doubt, this was the most entertaining JTA we had ever seen. Loved having the adults in the mix. I hope they do this again during SSW!

To all my DIS friends and lurkers, Happy Mother's Day.

Yesterday was a fun day that started out with the last game of Buddy Ball then an award party. The party was an outdoor picnic catered by Olive Garden, YUM!! There were also chicken nuggets from Chick-Fil-A. Again all the food was donated either from individuals or from the restaurants. Love the generosity of so many people.



JJ has been playing Buddy Ball for 2 seasons. It's great to see how he's progressed and how his other team mates have.

There is one little boy who is just the sweetest little boy. He always has a smile on his face and is the happiest child. But he is a runner. It use to take 2 buddies to keep him on the field. And he would run that field the entire time. His buddies definitely earned every hour of their community service and got a great work out at the same time. At one game a buddy found that he liked to chase balls. So the buddy would throw the balls and this boy would go collect them and bring them back. Which sparked an idea with him mom. The next game he showed up in catcher's attire. He stopped running around the fields, required only 1 buddy, and did a great job as catcher!

When our mail arrived yesterday, there was a package for JJ! It was from LisaM. He loved all the goodies inside. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. LisaM made the bag!



































There was even some mail there for me! Thank you Lisa! I love my new bag!

First of all HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY!

JJ looks so very proud with his Buddy Ball award. As well he should be!

I'm so happy that you posted the pictures of JJ with his goodies that I sent him. His smile just lights up his face (and mine when I see them). I hate that I missed your call. As always, it was a busy weekend and I'm really bad about not keeping my phone on me or having the ringer on. I promise that I'll do better when we get to Florida. I can't miss a text from you saying that we can, hopefully, meet up. Oh and I saved the message on my phone. JJ sounded so sweet saying Thank You!
