UPDATE DIS Live Merida Coronation - Televised?

Does anyone have any inside info on when/if this will be televised? I know that it is being filmed, but wasn't sure if they would then release it or just use it for promotional purposes. I wasn't expecting ABC Christmas Parade type of coverage, but I would think they would show it on one of the Disney family of channels.

What have they done in the past - was Rapunzel or Tiana's coronation televised at any point? My girls are young so this kind of stuff wasn't on my radar in 2009/2010.

I don't know about official Disney releases, but there are usually pretty good fan-made videos on YouTube. The best quality ones tend to be snippets, unfortunately, but if you have more tolerance for shaky camerawork than I do, likely you can see the whole thing.

Thanks, I ran across the Rapunzel when a month or two ago and my daughter was ecstatic. I was hoping they would televise this at some point or post it on their website for the masses. I mean, the whole point of the coronation is to bring her into the Disney Princess Marketing Machine, I would think a half hour television spot would be right up their alley!

I loved this... Thank you so much for doing this. I watched w my daughter this morning and she wore her Merida shirt today to honor Merida herself.
