Sadly I havent been to the past meets, so this may be a ignorant question. You mentioned you are going to have pin trading, what about Vinylmation trading?

Certainly....They'll be a trading table setup at the meet for both. I'll update the initial post so other know Vinylmation trading is also acceptable. Thanks for asking!

We will be interested in a room at the recommended hotel. Has a room block been set up yet. If so how do we request one of the blocked rooms.

I'm going to be looking into a hotel block this weekend 5/11. I'll post here once I've secured a block from the hotel listed in post 1.

For those of you coming in from out of town we now have a room block at our official hotel; The Cambria Suites. (See the first post of this thread for hotel details).

The details of our room block are as follows.
Rate - $109 per night (includes free buffet breakfast)
Room Type - King Suite - 1 King bed and 1 sleeper sofa pull-out bed
Internet - Free - Wireless and Wired in each room
Ask for room block - Give Kids the World

OK, so I am in for the event. Have asked Disney Parks Panel management for any door chachkis that they can let us hand out to attendees. They said they would let me know.

Thanks Aaron. We had already booked our room at Cambria Suites but changed it to the Give Kids The World block and with the free buffet we saved about $150.
That gives me more money for the silent auction!!!
