This whole process is so slow...


Finally got the closing documents Friday... Signed them and put them back in the mail with a cashier check 2 day mail... Arrived today at ***. Was then told the sellers won't sign until sometime during the week of the 20th... So another 2 weeks to wait and I guess another 2 weeks after that to get the points.... One more month! Whew... Killing me.

I just received an email today that I closed. Our timeline so far has been 2/20 accepted offer, 2/25 received contracts, 2/27 contracts were sent to Disney for ROFR, 3/19 passed ROFR, 4/19 received contracts, 4/23 contracts and check were received by the closing company, 5/7 closed and will have our membership package in 3-4 weeks

A very, painfully slow process but worth it in the long run.

Oh, I feel your pain. Everything is going along in a timely fashion, slowly but still on track and the sellers have to drag their feet. Like it's not slow enough already. Grrrrrrrr

And the broker seems to get all the blame.
