Keep Movin' in May: May Exercise Challenge

Ok I'm in on this! I'm not much to come in and chat and I've tried the biggest loser threads but I feel guilty I miss so much in between my check ins. This will be better to just come in and post my daily work.

I'm going for 1000 minutes this month.

I've done 65 already today

Going to try for 1000 again but starting off with the fifth day of a sore throat. Walked for 15 minutes though because its suppose to rain the next 5 days. Better then nothing I guess.

I ran for 20 minutes today. I have my first 5k on June 9th. I'm trying to get more comfortable with running. I hate doing it but I feel amazing when I am done.
 
I'm in for 1700 again.

Today I went for a short walk in the morning then physical therapy and abs this evening.
