Hi,
We're staying here in October and really looking forward to it!
Has anyone got any hints or tips about the best way to use the buses there to and from the parks etc. I have some character breakfasts booked and need to leave plenty of time for travel.
Any other great things you can advise me on would be welcome!

Sounds like you've hit the head on the nail! Leave yourself plenty of time to get places.

We stayed there a couple of years ago and were in the Jamaica section. Every trip except for once we were the last (or second to last, my memory is a little fuzzy) stop before heading out towards the park. That definitely cut a few minutes off the trips!

Congratulations! CBR is our favorite moderate. As far as the buses go, just head to the nearest bus stop and every bus will have an electronic sign on the front and sides that say where that bus is going. We have always had good luck with allowing 60 minutes for an early ADR at one of the parks. The buses start running at 6:30 for early ADRs at the parks. About an hour before park opening, the buses run about every 20 minutes. They are a little more spread out earlier than that. If you have ADRs for a character breakfast at another resort, you either need to allow a little more time or take a cab. There is no bus service between resorts. So for example, if you have an early ADR for Kona at the Poly you would need to take a bus to Magic Kingdom and then the boat or monorail to the Poly. That adds some time. If you have an early ADR at the Beach Club resort a cab is the way to go. We have always had excellent bus service at CBR.

Thank you so much for your helpful response! We have ADRs for the parks but also for breakfast at the Grand Floridian and Disney's Contemporary Resort. Would you suggest taxis for those? I have no problem getting taxis as long as we are there in time!

For the Grand Floridian, depending on how early it is, you can take a bus from CBR to MK. Then take either the monorail or boat to the Grand Floridian.

For Contemporary, depending on how early it is, you can take a bus from CBR to MK. Then take either the monorail or walk to the Contemporary.
