Does anyone know if it is is possible to Transfer from my HM to the Dumbo? I know it is sold out but I want to make sure I've exhausted every possible source to make this happen.

I don't think so. You can only transfer to the next year, but the same race.
That isn't true. I deferred my WDW Marathon from this January to this fall's Wine and Dine Half Marathon. (I had choices for several of the races.)
I often have to shuffle training days and running coach says it is okay ! What is Important is at least a couple maintenance runs during the week and a long run on the weekends with a day of rest after the long run. And think about what your goal is...do you want to PR the race or have the goal of just finishing ? I love doing my hula DVD ....great leg workout for cross training.I am too! I did copy the ones from the blog post that was added a page or so ago, but I can't wait for it to be "official!"
I have to go Mon/Wed for my runs since I have Hula on Thursdays (all the squatting is awful if I had run earlier that day!) so I am a little worried about what will happen in the later weeks once we are doing sat/sun/then I do Mon! Maybe trying TUes& Wed would be better ugh! WWYD? I also started a week ago and did my 3 miler on Sat because I know we won't be able to run one weekend in July since we have family staying with us. Not light or fast yet but I AM ON MY WAY!
