We were in Room #4106.

We requested a lower level room, near Chef Mickey's & overlooking the pool.

When we 1st checked in, we were given a room on the 11th floor, near Bay Lake Tower, 2 rooms from the end - just about as far away from any of our requests as we could get! LOL!

They switched us the next day into #4106 which was perfect!

I will say, though, the views from our room on the 11th floor were gorgeous - I posted some pics in the Contemporary Resort Photo Thread.

This next picture shows the view from just inside the glass you can see in the background of the flamepit picture, the stairs lead down to doors that let you out:


This is part of the seating area in the Main Lobby(I capitalized the M and the L because it felt like it deserved it), it's just a bit further in from where I took the picture of the glass that's in the background of the picture of the flamepit:


And this seating area is even further back into the ML if you can believe that I walked that far. You can see the seating area from the previous picture and the glass wall from the picture before that that's in the background of the flamepit picture:


Ok, new room. This is looking down on Victoria Falls Lounge. Cool place, I kept hoping Lloyd the bartender from the Overlook would pour me a beer (he didn't):
