I think things are winding down, what a day it's been and I've been posting answers to questions everywhere.

Whew....

I know! Between Disney message boards, my blog, website and FB page, I have been on my phone or laptop all day!

It's funny how the conversations and reactions and questions are almost the same each year.

And, Black, wasn't 2007 supposed to be the last year of free dining?!? Lol!

GP date is the 9th, with Visa holders possibly getting to book on the 6th.

What's the quickest, easiest way to find out for sure when Visa holders can call? Not even sure why I'm asking since I will be obsessively stalking the boards regardless for my trip starting May 11, because I'm pretty sure I'll see it on here. The anal, uberplanner type A that I am wants to know anyway!

We are visa holders....but I am wondering if in the 'history' of discounts did the visa and public offer ever come out the same day? Boy will THAT blow up the phones in Mickey's house!

Nope, there has only been one time in the past that there was not a Disney Visa FD offer before the general public release. Every other FD offer has gone out for DV holders at least 3 days before the general public.

Release Date: May 9
FD Promo Dates: September 2 - September 25, 2013
Quick Service DDP for value resorts
Regular/Basic DDP for Mods and Deluxe Resorts
3 night minimum/14 night maximum booking
Your check in dare must fall within the promo dates to have the discount applied to your package reservation.

You can do either in fact it's probably quicker online. It will both start at 7 am.

Same here I had some clients who were about to cancel their trips so I contacted them & asked them to hold on a few more weeks & they would be pleased then it never stopped from there! Poor DH had to eat sandwich for supper! Lol

I've already booked a few months ago for sept 2013. Do u think my rate will change besides the upgrade fee? Staying at pop. Once I call and adjust my trip with free dining.

There won't be a change fee as long as you do it before your 45 days of arrival day 44 you will be charged.

Okay a few questions...
1. If I book a room now, can I add the free dining promo once it comes out?
2. If I plan on going from Sept 25-30 will I get free dining for the duration? And does check in and check out dates count as a day for dining credits? If so we would get 6 TS, 6 CS, and 6 snack credits per person for the regular dining plan correct?
3. If it happens to not come out, or if we have to cancel for whatever reason, do you lose your deposit or any money you have paid so far?

Booking now doesn't guarantee you the discount when it comes out they a lot so many rooms at each included resort per discount so I would wait to book. Lets say you booked a CL room at Poly & they sold out of rooms they a lot at Poly under that discount you would either need to choose an available room category or change your resort so it's really a better idea NOT to rush out & book
