Single mom with two littles -where to stay?

I'm taking my 7 year old and 6 year old in June. Booked flight today.

Trying to decide where to stay for 5 nights. When it was me and their dad, we always did POFQ with them (building 4). I was looking into POR or CBR since they are a bit cheaper or even a value. I want to stay where we are close to buses and a good food court since we are flying in and I'll have them by myself.

Looking for some input and suggestions.

At that age, I think they would LOVE AOA!!! Large pool, amazing theming all around!! I hear their food court is one of the best if not the best!!

If it were me, I'd pick one of the smaller value resorts, and I'd pay for a preferred building. The Allstar Music is compact, has a decent food court. The preferred buildings are the 2 Calypso buildings which are right next to the man building with the food court, check in area and gift shop. The bus stop is a quick walk and the pool is right there.
It may not having the cool theme like AOA, but as far as convenience it would be my choice.

I would also vote AOA!
We have stayed at AKL pop SSR & AOA we have 3 boys aged ,7,7,10 on our last trip we stayed at AOA and they loved it! They actually loved the LM section,,
The rooms are bright and fun themed not all girly inside either as the picture on the wall is of prince Eric and hi dog, and the bed sheets are just fish themed!

They have a huge themed pool with big splash jet area plus a heated pool in the LM section the my kids loved to go in at night as it was like getting into a bath!
Buses was great we found them to be better then AKL, & food court is huge!!! No way you wouldn't find something to eat for everyone

Pop Century - now the All stars are cheaper.

it has a good food court, arcade, several pools - oh their pools are different instead of one set of steps - these community pools have 4 sets of steps.

It is a value. So one bus stop - now the lines can be long at the bus stops - but most of the time the wait is not. Pop had the best bus service of any resorts and I have stayed at everyone except GF.

Book another, at the 50 day mark call every day for opening, some are likely to open up at the final payoff!
