Before we get into that though, I just have to take the time and give a special birthday shoutout to DISNEY'S ANIMAL KINGDOM!!! Despite what seems to be the popular opinion around here, I absolutely adore DAK. It's one of the most beautiful and detailed parks in the world and I wish I could be there to celebrate it's 15th year!!!!!

You know my crew loves Animal Kingdom, as well. Jill and I have discussed 'skipping school' at 20th Anniversary time so we can be there.


And as for the snacks, my goodness, goodness, goodness - there are so many good things to look forward to!
