ESPN or Big River Grille???

Was planning on going to ESPN for Lunch but I came across Big River Grille?? Any thoughts on who has Better Food??

ESPN has basic bar food. Big River has slightly more upscale food.

It is probably 6 of one half a dozen of another... neither has great food to be honest... Big River has outdoor seating which could be nice, I personally prefer ESPN Club but it really doesn't matter...

I think The Fountain and Beaches and Cream have better Burgers but thats just me

We liked both when we went. I felt they were good up to par with Applebee's or Chili's chain restaurants.

Exactly, pretty much chain restaurant food. I enjoy both places for a bite to eat and sit with a beer however, there's absolutely nothing to write home about.

We've enjoyed ESPN several times. Had several bad experiences at BRG (food and service) so we won't go back.

My Dh and kids both like ESPN, the sesame wings and wing dingers for all!! I did like there clam chowder.

Big River Grille. It is great too if you can get outdoor seating right on the Boardwalk.

We have eaten at Big River Grill many times, but on our last trip in February we were very disappointed. The cheeseburger was not very good and the salmon was overlooked. Maybe it was an off day, but next time we go we'll stick with beer and appetizers.

Well, even though I have never been to ESPN, the Big River Grill was so bad, I would say go with ESPN....

If it were me, I'd got to Epcot and have some quick service in the World Showcase [if park admission was not an issue]...

DH loves the burgers (and the beer) at BRG. We were at ESPN this past November (he wanted to see the Giants game) and it was fine but still favored Big River.

*For us* we like Big River Grille. In fact as DVC owners at BCV, it's a must-do every trip for us. We don't set foot in ESPN. ( I guess not because of the food though, but because we're not into the "sports bars" feel there )
