Disney

There will never be "no lines" but early feb or January will be slow as well as may seems to be rather quite. We like the last week in feb it's right after school vacation usually and prices are good lines low and weather ok. If you see prices are down and they are giving free dining or room discounts or things like that, it's a good sign it is a slower time. Summer is HOT and busy so we don't go then but some really like it. Fall can be real fun with the Halloween party's and great weather. So I guess when ever you can is the best time to go but for less crowds we like end or first of February. Hope this helps and have fun.

The problem with going when there are shorter lines, such as Jan/Feb? Many attractions are down for refurbishment, and park hours tend to be shorter. I like Oct. Still hot but the crowds are down a bit.

Thinking about taking a trip too Disney World, when is the best time too go? With no lines.

I was looking at a crowd calendar the other day & it shows the last 2 weeks of September the crowd level down to a 1 & 2, that is as low as it can go. The weather will still be rather warm. We went the last week in Febuary of this yr & it was a 4 & 5 on the calendar. I think Magic Kingdom was very busy, a CM told us that the crowd level was higher than normal for that time of the yr because of the New Fantasyland.

Sept. is supposed to be the absolutely slowest time of the year (except Labor Day w/e), but it is also the hottest. Jan/Feb. the second slowest. If you don't mind the heat, that's the time to go. And the cheapest for on-site housing.

Thanks everyone. I really didn't mean too say "no lines" I should have worded it better. I just want less people. Butt, February sounds great. Not too hot and levels are at 1&2. Ill def watch out for free dining plan.

In 2009 my husband and I were there 9/20 - 9/26 Sunday-Saturday and it was GREAT. I don't think more than 10 teenagers until Thursday night. My husband is not a Disney fan and even he had a good time. The only day we went to MK was Tuesday evening/night when we had tickets for halloween party so I don't know how busy it was during the day.

It's nice to go in the "off" Season. I'm not used to the heat Florida has so I appreciated going when it was nice weather (for me) and not terribly crowded. :thumbsup2

We have taken 4 trips to the World and all have been in September. We love it!!! Prices are low, usually the best discounts of the yet. Almost no lines or crowds. We have spent hours going on major rides such as EE, ToT, and RNRC over and over and over again. The shorter park hours kinda stink, but it is worth it.

We go in Value season, when it's less crowded. January & late August.
January, weather is unpredictable. It can be quite pleasant with temps in 70s or low 80s or you can get a cold snap with freezing temps or a combination of the 2. While still relatively low crowds, I've noticed the parks aren't as empty as they once were.

Late August, it's hot & humid. Predictable short 3 pm showers or T storms. Usually last 30 min tops. The heat doesn't bother us, but if you are heat intolerant it's not the time to go. The closer to Sept you get, the lower the crowds. The southern schools are back in session.
We enjoy taking mid day breaks back at our resort pool during the hottest time of day.
