The app is real easy once you learn it! At the bottom do you see (in the grey area) a button that says subscribe? (If you don't I'll talk you through the steps to change it... Real easy!!) all you do us press that and as long as you subscribe to any thread your interested in that's where you'll find them

I have been involved in a "debate" on another board regarding leaving your child in a youth club while leaving the ship for an excursion/shopping. I spoke to my travel agent regarding this and this was my reply from her...

"Disney requests that you do not leave the ship, leaving children in the kids clubs, as if there is an emergency they need to be able to have a parent/guardian available immediately."

Has anyone else heard of this? Others are saying that it is ok to leave your child in the club and leave the ship.

i've heard this they give you a phone or a beeper so incase they need you they can find you..we usually take my son with us and i don't think i would leave the boat without him but then again he is only 3 so it would depend i might feel differently when he is older...

Hi everybody,

I just changed our reservation to this sailing. This is our second cruise - did the 8 night Bahamas from Galveston in March 13 on the Magic. I did not get involved in any groups then because it was somewhat of a last minute thing but since I have a few months ahead now, I thought it would be fun to meet some friendly cruisers in advance

I am sailing with my kids DD 11, DS 9 and DS 6 turning 7 on the cruise . We come from Quebec Canada.

We would love to participate in the FE exchange. For now, I am not so sure if I have enough posts to be able to send a PM but I will work on it. Me too, I am glad the information is available on the board and not only on FB - I am not a big fan.

Can't wait to meet you guys

I still will have to wait to send you the information because we just switched our reservation from another sailing and we don't have our stateroom number yet. From what I have read, they do this once a week so as soon as I get it, I will be able to send you all the good information.

Ok.... It's kinda like a secret Santa thing. I'm putting the list together at the closing date I will email the list out that will include everyone's name, age, room number, celebrations, and some likes. Then you just put together some gifts for everyone.

You need a FE (fish extender) they can be creatively made of almost anything. Below see ours I made. They are called fish because in most cabins there's a hook outside the door they use to be all fish (on the wonder & magic) on the dream & fantasy there are some with sea horses.

Gifts this is only about 1/2 what we got that cruise..

I made off of our stuff, printed pics and glued on magnets. We did get some magnets as FE gifts though!

TIP: add your names to each thing! Less likely someone will steal it! We didn't loose anything but some kids moved some of my bows down a few doors then I wrote on my white board "I may be watching you!" Lol then it stopped!
