I have a strange question. This is our first time staying CL and my step dad is going to be coming one day to visit us. We plan on going to HS with him, but I was wondering if it is okay for him to come back to our room and relax before making his drive back home that evening? I don't know how that works. I know if I was staying in a regular room I wouldn't hesitate to have him visit our room, but with CL I don't know how that is viewed...

I don't see this as a problem. Several other people have even asked CM if they could have a non- CL visit, they said yes and then brought the non-CL person food and drink :). For to love True Disney Hospitality!

Thanks. I was really just wondering about the room, not so much the food and drink. But I am happy to hear that he will be allowed up to our room. :D

We did something similar in Jan w/my brother. The CL CMs were beyond accommodating. I was making my brother sit in the lobby while I bought him his park ticket and they TOLD me to bring him up so he could get breakfast. The also helped him get a paper printed out that night (he's a senior at UM). I wouldn't bring a whole other family, and I wouldn't do it for the duration of the trip, but sitting in the lounge for a couple of hours and eating a croissant? Sure

Thank you! He will only be there one day. So I am glad to know it will not be a huge issue. :goodvibes

I would love to know the answer to this as well, but also for the BC Cl too.

I've found a few posts on food allergies at Disney resort's club level. My 6 yr old daughter is highly allergic to nuts, especially peanuts. We are staying at an Okw villa for 5 days and the Polynesian Club level 5 days. Most of the reviews I read with food allergies at cl resorts seem to be positive experiences. :)

I'm not sure how often we'll go to the lounge but we will probably use it more for their continental breakfast. The hor d'oeuvres at night are all Asian inspired and I'm guessing there would be more chance for cross-contamination then. We'll talk to the chef and see what they will have to offer, and find out then if they use peanut oil or nuts in some of there dishes. They also have pb&J for the kids, which means sticky hands and a possibility of a her having a contact reaction. We definitely will be taking precautions and having plenty of wipes handy to wipe down the table. We are looking forward to our trip. Disney has been great when it comes to FA's. I can only hope the same for the cl at resorts. I'm excited to try the Polynesian, it's looks like a beautiful resort!!)

So I got the form from IPO and am starting to put my information together, though I won't need to send it back for at least a month (insane planner). I see they offer the option of arranging transportation to and from the airport. My DH and I were planning on doing a towncar this trip and it would be great if that was one less thing I had to worry about planning. Does anyone know what they charge for the towncar transportation and who it's through?

Just booked at BC CL for the last week on October! So excited!

Two questions- first, if we happen to change our mind and switch over to BWI CL (which has been the major fight about this trip at our home!) after we have the IPO make dinner reservations for us, do those reservations get cancelled along with our resort reservation?

second- Does anyone know if they still have hard boiled eggs in the morning for breakfast?

Thanks so much!

No, your ADRs won't be canceled if you change, even to a non-CL reservation and yes, all the Epcot resorts have hard boiled eggs. Happy planning!

ETA:
Forgot to mention that the IPO for all the Epcot resorts is the same and located at the BC/YC.

Like the pp said, they won't cancel your ADRs if you switch hotels. If you do go to BWI CL, call them and let them know that you made the switch, so they can make sure to have your ADR itinerary linked to your reservation (you'll get a printout of everything they booked when you check-in). And the YC/BC/BWI all share the same IPO office, so you will still be working with the same people no matter which one you end up staying at. And the YC still had the eggs last summer.

I actually just went from YCCL to BWI because on my original phone call BWI wasn't available.

If you are using ME just make sure they changed the hotel. Ours had to be redone.

Hi. Not sure if this has been asked before but how do you prefer to send back the IPO request forms? I was going to fax them back because I had to make a lot more copies of the dining reservation sheet as they didn't have enough copies in there for the amount of reservations I need. Anyway has anyone faxed back the forms and been fine? Thanks!

I've never seen an IPO request form. Where did you get it?

I let them set up my car last time and I dont remember which company it was but there were no problems and the cost was not higher then other companies. If you call they will tell you who it is through.

If you don't like their price, I highly recommend Tiffany town cars. All good experiences with them.

I agree :thumbsup2. We have used Tiffany Town Car several times and we love them. The drivers are always on time, very courteous and friendly, and the vehicles have always been very clean. Sometimes we rent a car, but if not, Tiffany Town Car is the only car service we use :goodvibes.

;)Hi, Thanks for all the information...we have stayed CL at The Poly, WL and Grand Floridian...we are staying at The Yacht Club CL checking in on 12/31...I have read that the concierge can take care of reservations for ADR's?? My day to book is 7/4...how do I go about letting them try to get my ADR's for me?? Do you have a better chance with them doing? anyone else let the concierge do it over a busy time?? Thanks in advance!!
