I found these timelines to be very helpful as we went through the resale process, so here is ours:

2/15 - Offer made and accepted. Contract e-mailed from broker.
2/15 - Signed contracts returned to broker.
2/16 - Contract sent to Disney for ROFR.
3/12 - Disney waived ROFR.
3/18 - Received closing documents.
3/19 - Returned signed closing documents.
3/25 - Notified that closing was completed.
3/26 - Deed recorded.
4/12 - Received letter from Disney with membership number.

Grand total of 57 days from start to finish. We worked with TSS and have been extremely pleased with their service.

Good luck to all of those who are still waiting!

Adding my final timeline in too since I also found everyone's timelines to be very helpful when going through the process.

2/11 - BWV offer made and accepted
2/12 - Contracts received from broker
2/13 - Contracts returned to broker and sent to Disney for ROFR
3/5 - Disney waived ROFR
3/8 - Closing documents received
3/11 - Signed documents and check returned to title company
3/15 - Contract closed
4/12 - Member number received from Disney

We were closed in 33 days, but it took another 28 days to get my member number. Overall it was a smooth experience and I'm happy to have it complete in 61 days.!

Thought I'd post mine as well...71 days for me. We probably could have shaved 10 days off of everything, but work was crazy and we weren't able to get to the post office to overnight our closing docs until the week after we got them. So excited to finally have everything settled!

2/1 - SSR offer made and accepted
2/5 - Contracts returned to broker and sent to Disney for ROFR
2/26 - Disney waived ROFR
3/8 - Closing documents received
3/18 - Signed documents and check returned to title company
3/26 - Contract closed
4/12 - Member number received from Disney
