Just booked our flights for October - going 19th for 2 weeks.

We had toyed with trying a different time but the combo of decent weather and low crowds works for us - this will be our 4th October in a row.

No accomodation booked yet - will see what deals US disney do over the next few months. If not I quite fancy bahama bay again where we stayed last May.

If anyone is there then hope we can have another DIS meet.

We fly out on 25th October but are crusing for the first week so don't arrive in Orlando till 2nd November.

I am looking to fly out on the 28th - at the minute the Atlanta route is coming up cheapest. We may be there for a Dis meet if we get it sorted :thumbsup2

Fab news!! Florida for Halloween always looks so nice, definitely going in Oct/Nov for our next trip!

booked with american airlines via expedia.com - MAN - CHICAGO - MCO route.

Have you flown with them before, are you Advantage members?
A round trip gives you enough airmiles to book a free nights hotel, 3 of you will get 3 nights free or a good discount off a better hotel.
This trip we used miles from our trip last Nov(2 of us), 1 nights free at Clarion LBV with breakfast), £60 off Doubletree by Hilton near Naples.
Well worth claiming.

Ooh October - one of our favourite times of the year to visit. My fault we can only manage a week then though :rolleyes1 The time will just fly in.

Will miss October this year, my favourite time to go, but can't complain because we're still getting to go in a few weeks time :goodvibes

Hope you find the accommodation you want for a good price!

We booked our October flights with car back in Dec direct with BA during the sale. We paid £2522 for 2 adults, 1 child, Premium Economy and car with Avis, the same deal now is £3367. I definitely think booking at 11 months during the sales is the way to go.

Disappointed that we will miss you - would love the opportunity to meet your little princess :)

We will meet one of these years!

Luckily DD gets 2 weeks off school so is the obvious time to go for us.

We went may last year - also a great time to go. have a great trip.

Agree we usually book 11 months out. For work reasons we couldn't this time so glad to get booked at last. We are stuck with the saturday dates this year so I knew we would struggle with flights.

would be great to meet up with you and your super cute DD, we're there 26-2 November, flying into Orlando via Miami and home direct from Tampa.

And definitely use those AA miles, we have booked our last night in August at Doubletree Sawgrass Mills using our youngest DD's miles:thumbsup2

Can anyone share their october economy flight costs? Im looking at 28 sep - 15 oct at £527 pp with 1 stop each way between manchester and orlando. I think thats probably the best i will get. I'd like to fly direct with virgin but prices have hike up a lot this yr!! Tia
