Can anyone tell me about La Cava Del Tequila?

Anyone ever been to the La Cava Del Tequila? Any reviews or comments.

Its a little place in Mexico Pavillion that has some of the best margaritas I have ever tasted. It's pretty small in there but it's dark and cozy. The avocado margarita is one of my favs there. They also have a few tapas on the menu.

People here mostly talk about the margaritas, but the real feature of the bar is their amazing tequila selection. It's a great place to do some tasting if you like tequila. Also, it should be noted that the tapas mentioned in the previous post are not available at very busy times. During peak seasons and the Food & Wine Festival, La Cava serves only drinks and chips and salsa.

Very nice place with excellent CMs. My DD's avocado margarita wasn't very strong tasting compared to previous visits and the server and bartender checked it and then brought her a freshly made and very strong one! I explained that I needed a non-alcoholic drink and the server brought me a very tasty mango smoothie.

Love Cava de Tequila!!

We went there 3 times last trip, & I tried the Blood Orange Margarita (really good), the Cucumber Margarita (okay), & the Coffee Margarita (OMG!).

Prior to last year, my favorite drink in all of WDW was the Grand Marnier Slush from France, but that all changed when I took the 1st sip of the Coffee Margarita!

It's my new favorite drink! I so wished I had tried it first instead of our last day in EPCOT! It is dangerously good!!

Each of the 3 times we were there, the same castmember served us, & he was wonderful!

I don't drink often my when I do my fav is a margarita!! Can you get a drink to go? Or is it appropriate to bring my kids in to grab a drink? I always walk by but have never stopped.

Yes, you can ask for a drink "to go." We saw children in the bar when we were there so you can easily relax and have a margarita with some chips and salsa!

There used to b a margarita kiosk outside the Mexican pavilion that u can walk around with. The fiesta margarita is good there. That's my fav anyway.

Yes! I asked for a recommendation for a non-alcoholic drink and the server suggested and brought me a mango smoothie. There may also be soft drinks there but I am not sure.

Yes my DD always gets the Pinata while DH and I are there! It is a NA strawberry beverage.

Just wanted to add that DH and I love this place. Very nice and quiet and cozy. But not so quiet that you would not want to bring the kiddo's in. Beware.... it will make you want to come back for more!
