If you had to chose which would you select and why

I would choose Palo for brunch and Remy for dinner. Although brunch at Remy's was pleasant, I feel you get hardly anything compared to paying only $25.00 more for dinner which is an amazing experience. The food at dinner was amazing, however My husband and I did not find that we liked everything at brunch, and there are no choices for brunch. Palo, although nice for dinner does not even compare to dinner at Remy. Palo's brunch is buffet combined with ordering and for the price is well worth it. Just my 2 cents worth. I would book Remy for dinner every time I cruise, however don't think I would do brunch again.
