Its one of those! Didn't really think that one through. I had not reallized that so many of epcots restaurants where named after cities.

Indy was fun. Definitaly outside my comfort zone but I enjoyed it. Someday Ill show Jess the awesomeness of that final scene.

Ciao! benvenuto to my VIA NAPOLI Dining Review

One thing we discovered during our honeymoon was our love for the Ziti Sisters act in Italy. They are hilarious. We caught the show twice. So in honor of the Italy Pavillion today's soundtrack is The Ziti Sister's act

So our final table service was booked at Via Napoli.

We had a bit of a wait in the lobby area but it wasn't very long. While we were waiting we saw a lot of people walk up with no reservation. If my memory served me well I think that no one was turned away. I don't know how long they might have waited but the hostess took their names.

Our neighbours offered to take a picture of the two of us. We where seated quite close to them which was a bit bizarr.

It was good but nothing to write home about.

The pizza came and was gone before I could even get a proper picture. Despite the Mac n Cheese we had just had we where still starving.

We had the Quatro Formagi. It has Mozzarella, Parmesan, Fontina and Provolone. This particular pizza doesn't have tomato based sauce. Its just 100% cheesy goodness. We loved it. Oh also, this is an individual pizza that we shared. We where off dining plan for this meal. It was plenty for the both of us.

We had ordered something for dessert but before it made its way to us we had a few cast members come over and sing to us in Italian. I think they were singing happy birthday which could be embarrassing considering we where celebrating a honeymoon. The table next to us wished Jess happy birthday. We just played along. No need to come out to everyone we meet I guess.

I think it was a cookie like dessert.

The dessert we had been waiting for arrived. I had been dreaming about these since I first spotted them in someone's trip report.

Zeppole Di Catarina- Ricotta Cheese Fritters, served with whipped cream, chocolate sauce. Delicious! We would have them again for sure.

Quick shot of the restaurant. The large table in the center actualy seats many different parties/ families (kinda like Biergarten I imagine). I hadn't realized that at the time. You can see the oven's in the back of the room.

Overall great meal. We are hoping to return in October when we return to WDW for Food and Wine!!!!!!

Took this shortly after booking. We are now at 205 days!

Glad I convinced you! We really enjoyed the pizza. Its good quality food and a nice chage from steak which we usualy have. As for our next trip we are renting points to stay at bcv. We can't wait!

It's a good story for sure! And the cookie was delicious so no complaints here. I strongly recommend via napoli for something different.

I'm on a roll! 3 updates this week.

Soundtrack: Promise - Song that plays after Illuminations I got supper nostalgic as soon as this song started playing on youtube.

After a great meal (our last Disney meal) we where ready for a pint so we travelled from Italy to England for a Black and Tan and some lovely music from the Hat Lady.

I strongly recommend listening to the WDWRadio podcast in which Lou interviews a close friend of the Hat Lady. It's a great listen but I can't find the link right now.

Enjoying a Black and Tan

We caught Illumintions from near the entrance. We wanted a different venu since we've always watched it from the France/Morroco area.

I kept my camera in my bag during the show so no pictures today.

We took the bus back to the room after Illuminations (10pm) and decided that we were too tired to go to MK...just kidding we took a 90 minute nap then we where on our way at 11:30 heading to MK.

Still lots of traffic around the POP bus stop as midnight drew closer.

I wasn't focusing much on taking good quality pictures at this point. I just wanted to stay awake.

Love the Castle at night

If my memory serves me right I think we grabbed some popcorn near the castle then headed to our favorite corner to ride Splash a few times then finally ride BTMRR for the first and last time this trip.

After that we where pooped, finished, ready for bed so we set sail towards POP but took a detour towards Fantasyland.

Is it 1:35?

I love shooting the castle at night from up close. It looks good from every angle.

And that's it we where off to bed. We briefly considered going to DHS for AM EMH the next morning but quickly dismissed that as being foolish.

Holy cow. I'm tired just reading about EMH @ MK! Hahaha I'm such a baby, I can rarely do the late hours. Although when I have, BTMRR and Splash are my favourites!

Good evening, Hope everyone enjoyed their Easter weekend.

Soundtrack: Goodbye Song

All there is left for me to retell is our last day in WDW. It wasn't a very interesting day by any means but here's how it went.

Since we only got back late from MK we decided not to go to any park that morning. Our flight left around 1:00pm from POP so the ME was picking us up at 9:00 which meant that we didn't have much time that morning. We packed up quickly then went off to use our last two table credits.

As you can tell I have a fog problem when I'm in florida. I have since read that the key when going from a cold area to a hot area you put the camera into a sealed plastic bag and let it adapt to the temperature in there.

French Toast Breakfast

Two ok options for breakfast. Nothing like a Tonga Toast unfortunately but it filled us up. We decided that we wouldn't use the dining plan again if we are going just the two of us. It is great for table services but we don't like many of the quick service options. We often would of preferred to visit the lounges for a drink and a meal. So when we return for food and wine we won't be getting the dining plan.

After breakfast we went back to the room to get our bags and then took the walk of shame to the bus stop.

The good thing about the orlando airport is that there is one last time to take a picture with Goofy.

I liked the later flight time because it made for a more leisurely departure but I often wish ME would pick us up later (or just never pick us up). On our October trip we will be having a lay-over in the states so if my calculations are correct ME pick up would be 3 hours pre flight instead of 4.

I'm still trying to decide if I'll make a PTR for our October trip. I'll probably end up doing one though once Jess tells me I spend too much time talking about WDW.

Ahhhhh an other trip done. Now after reading this last page, I am craving pizza from via napoli.. I'll have to wait like least then 200 days to eat it!!!! YAYYY
