Who's in for GREECE and TURKEY, June 15 2003????

Yes...for those with GTY rooms, please send me a PM when you have your room assigned and I will update the spreadsheet with that information. Once I have everyone's stateroom number OR on June 1 (does that work for everyone)...whichever comes first, I will make the final version of the list available to folks.

there are many people interested on facebook but over the age cut off :sad2:

Hi, Everyone!

I just received an email from the Chocolate Museum in Barcelona.

They have made a change to the age range. It is now:

Ages 4 to 13 years old

Price now: 7.70 Euros for each child. When you check your child into the activity/museum, you will pay the cashier at the front and receive a wonderful Chocolate Bar voucher. Yes! Your child can eat it afterwards. And, they are delicious!

Please let me know if you can post this information on FB for me.

Thanks!

Thank you very kindly for taking on this effort. You're awesome! :worship:

Would it be possible to confirm the "official" numbers of adults (Male/Female), teens and/or kids (boy/girl), however you want to break them up...age, etc. sooner than 1 June? We've been basing everything off the spreadsheet, but I'm not sure how current it is. We can get the actual stateroom numbers at your leisure (1 June is fine), but we need a while to make the gifts and be sure we have the appropriate number for the appropriate people. Anytime soon would be great, if you can.

Thanks again! pirate:

We are looking for 2 people interested in joining our privately booked excursion in Rome.

We have two 7-passenger vans with guides, but only 12 of us in our group (7 adults and 5 kids...all seasoned travelers) consisting of Double Trouble, Travelbee, and Casa Martinez. It's an all-day tour with pickup (and return) right at the port in Civitavecchia...simple is good!

We are still finalizing the itinerary (hitting the big sites, including guided Vatican tour), but it should look something similar to this...

I will post more details, including pricing, when we get them, but wanted to throw it out there now.

Please post or PM me if you have questions or might be interested. All ages welcome, but we only have 2 slots. We are a fun, easy-going group and would love to have two more DIS'ers join us.

Thanks! pirate:

The numbers of folks will be available this weekend. It is only the final stateroom numbers that won't be available until June. I will also reorganize the list by Deck.

Is the FE staying as one large group? I don't mind either way but I know a few people have asked on facebook.

I hope it does. Some of my planned items are already in large enough quantities for the whole group... would hate for people to miss out on my little trinkets lol!

If it does split, there is nothing saying you can't deliver to everyone. That's what we are planning to do.

What about those of us that aren't participating...no trinkets for us...I can't take the chance with the luggage...it's a 100 for every extra piece and my DH had two bags just for a 3 day

Just because someone gives you something doesn't mean you have to take it home ;)

And maybe you need to repack for your DH after he packs ;)

DH bought one of those handheld luggage scales which is pretty accurate.

When we left from BCN in 2007, the man at the airport would pick up luggage and tell you if you were over without a scale. And when you actually put your bag on the scale, he was right.

We have the scale and it's accurate...it's not bringing the stuff home, it's bringing it there that's the issue...trust me, 4 people, 4 suitcases, I don't think that's unreasonable, but I don't want to have more than that. For a two week trip ( I know you'll be away longer) that we need multiple types of outfits (casual, fancy, etc) I didn't want to take a chance...plus with so many families, there's no way...you're going to need a suitcase just for the FE and I'm not paying the $100 for a bag to bring FE's. I just think for us, this year, we need to abstain.:sad1:
