She said, "Saturday we spent the afternoon at the pool and after that we had dinner at Tokyo Dining. We shared the spicy roll to start and I forgot to take a pic of it...it was pretty good. Then I had the..."

"Everything was good and fresh but not spicy enough to our taste. After dinner DH was brought a birthday ginger cake and they sang their cute Japanese song !!!"

She said, "Sunday morning we had fruit in the room and then we headed to Animal Kingdom where we had the rest of our breakfast...

"The elephant cupcake was good but I think they serve it too cold."

"For our drinks, I had the Glacier Water and DH had the root beer. He said it was a good one, but we didn't know that brand."

Sweet and Sour Chicken - Tempura chicken, ginger, garlic, bell peppers, pineapple


"I had the Sweet and Sour Chicken with brown rice and DH had the Maple glazed Chicken."

Maple Tamarind Chicken - Seared chicken breast, Indonesian tamarind glaze, coconut ginger rice, baby bok choy, shiitake mushroom stir fry

"For dessert we shared the fried wontons....mmmmm!"​

She said, "We started with the bread service. We had spiced naan, 2 garlic naan, regular naan and onion kulcha."

"For the accompaniments, we had the red pepper hummus, cucumber raita, coriander chutney , mango chutney and pickled garlic. My DH preferred the pickled garlic and I preferred the hummus."

"After that we shared the butter chicken and the green curry shrimp with basmati rice."

"It was also good and well spiced, we were both too full for desserts!"​

Susan said, "For Breakfast we ate at Fairfax Fare in Hollywood Studios.
We had an egg and cheese sandwich and some juice."

"Later on in the morning, DD enjoyed some popcorn."

"DH and I shared the sampler and DD had the macaroni."

A Sampling of Mom's Favorite Recipes - Crispy-fried Chicken, Fork Tender Pot Roast, and Traditional Meatloaf with all the fixings

"We shared the Brownie Sundae for dessert."

"For dinner we went over to Captain Cook’s at the Polynesian and DS had a burger and DH and I shared the Aloha Pork Sandwich and had a Dole Whip for dessert."

"This pork sandwich is amazing !! A very interesting mix of flavors and textures. Sooo yummy !!!"

"And I just love those Dole Whips !!"



"Heading up to the Top of the World lounge at BLT to see the MK fireworks. I love this resort !!"​

She said, "We were excited to try Via Napoli for the first time!
For a starter we had Arancini - fried risotto balls filled with mozzarella and meat ragu. "

"Everyone really enjoyed this! We had two orders and the the kids fought over the last one."




"Carla had the Spaghetti e Polpettine with hand-crafted veal meatballs & tomato sauce."

"Jimmy talked her out of a meatball! Carla loves spaghetti and enjoyed this dish!"





"Jimmy and Chris both tried the Quattro Formaggi. They both finished every bite!"

The results are in for the WITWIJ Game!!! ​

First I have to say that I was surprised at how easily and quickly that the game participants were able to come up with the correct locations. I really thought I might be able to stump you with a few of the uncommon restaurants that I chose, but I underestimated the level of Disney food knowledge that you have all attained here.

There were 17 people who were able to score game points and those 17 scored a total of 120 points! So congrats to all 17 of you, as I know how difficult it was to be the first to post the correct answer.


Here were the TOP 5 Scorers:
