I am getting the black one again, i am bringing one of my old ones to keep in the room for soda with ice. I get a case of Pepsi to keep in the room so i do not have to run back and fourth.

ice is free. as is water.IMHO,. it doesn't matter what kind of container you use to bring ice back to the room. (old mugs. paper cup, etc.).
so if you want to use your newly purchased mug for soda, and fill it to the brim with soda ONLY, that is fine.
and bring it back to your room. and bring back ice inanother container. (of course there are ice machines by the room. with the exeption of when they are not working.. as in, our 10 day trip at pop in the 80;s section, when , during the entire trip, after numerous calls, the ice machine on our floor in our bldg. was broken.)

What colors are available now? The last time we went it was pink, blue, yellow, and black. Hoping for new colors since we already have some in the same design.

Those colors have been gone for quite some time. It's been black, blue and pink for about a year and a half.

We got black, blue, and pink in June, 2012 and June, 2011.

In August of 2011 when we went we got an Orange and green and pink and blue and black the only color they had then that we didn't get was purple that was day one of our stay by day three they were down to pink blue black and that was it ! We were just there in February 2013 and all they had was Pink Black and Blue which has been the only colors available for a bit now .

We were just at WDW about 3wks ago. Pink, blue and black were the mug colors available.

Pretty sure the last price was $14.49 plus tax. That was the price in January 2012 for sure. The price has been creeping up.

I apologize if this has already been answered in this thread but I don't feel like looking through all 100 + pages for the answer ... What did the "eternal refill" mugs look like from many years ago? I have some very old mugs that are the shorter fatter style that I got at POFQ, I think. They have Chip and Dale on them.
I think that I read somewhere that the lifetime mugs stated that fact on them, but these don't say anything like that. Just curious. Thanks.

Does anyone know what the current mugs look like. I will be heading to WDW tom. I was just there in August and got the mugs as part if our package. I hate to be one if those ppl who try to "cheat the system" but if they are still the same mugs, you think I can get away with it?

The current mugs have a pool scene with the characters with a choice of black, pink, or blue lids/handles. Look for photos on page 123 in this thread.
