Just popping in to send everyone love and pixie dust.


We are anxious for spring. It's still cold here and we got another dusting of snow last night. This seems like a horribly long winter, and I actually like winter most years. It's the last day of school before spring break here, and then the kids are home for 10 days. I'm trying to work a minimal amount so that I have time with them. Once April starts, my work schedule will be insane to make up for being home all of March.

The living room has finally been out back together- new paint, rug, and an ikea entertainment center. I finally can display my ceramic pigs and Disney snow globes, etc. Plus, we covered the walls with family photos. I love the room so much more now! I just need to get some drapes for the sliding doors to the deck. Right now, my neighbors have a good view of me on th couch!

I need to get things squared away for Olivia's birthday party next. It's just a family party, but we have a big family, so I need to order food and cake and get some decorations. Right now, she wants a combination of Merida, My Little Pony, and Littlest Pet Shops. This should be interesting.

Deb, Saw the roll call on the Poll thread it shows a Sept SC cruise and I thought we were talking about the Oct 11, 2014 SC cruise. So now I'm confused. Which SC cruise are we looking at?

Hi all,

Most of you already know about the emergency surgery happening tomorrow. MY bit of stressful news - after 5 years of tests coming back clean, I am again with abnormal cells in my cervix. I've been dealing w/ pre-cancerous cells since 1991, with 4 proceedures and the 5 year break. I go in for additional testing and a possible biopsy on the 29th.

I went to the dentist to get a tooth filled yesterday... had a full exam and now I'm very sore...

Hi Cork, sorry for the confusion. I made a mistake when I posted the poll. The correct date is the Oct 4, 2014 Southern Caribbean cruise.

I just booked it yesterday and so did Karen and Ted (BeenToMarcelene). It's going to be a Thieves reunion anyway. YAY!!!

I had it last week and go back next month for repair chip/broken teeth huh, I have put it off for months and so scare to go to dentist so finally got an appointment for next month to get it repair..

Me and John booked it yesterday. So did Karen and Ted (BeenToMarcelene). Angie and Dennis, PJ and mom, Lisa and Darrell, Cork and Rich are also booked on it. I'm trying to talk Sassy Bubbles into joining us so we can have a private THIEVES Champagne Girls tasting. Karen is concierge so she said we can have it in her place. But we need to find a roommate for Cheri. So anyone out there travelling solo, let Cheri know.

Any of the three amigos? Pam, Peg or Dianne? How about Nana taking a solo cruise with us? Kathe I know you're doing the WBTA. Too bad you can't do this one also.

Me and John sailed the SC in 2006 with DCL and loved all the ports. It looks like it's going to be a Thieves reunion on both the SC and the WBTA and others are doing Alaska. Bubba and V....want to do a Southern?

Got a lot more packing done. The only thing we have left is two bedrooms and the file cabinet. YAY!!!! John has to finish packing out his office too. I don't have to do that with him. He needs to decide what is coming or not. The two spare bedrooms will take a while because they are basically storage rooms, so there is a lot in there. I can say that we threw many things out and we left many for the kid to keep. So what we are taking is more than we thought it would be, but it's not as much as what we're not taking. That's a good thing. Nine rooms down and just two more to go. I'm seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.

We booked our next trip down to FL. We're going in April with boxes that we want to bring. We'll leave them in a house or in storage. Hopefully we'll come home with a new address. We'll have to give up on our favorite place and just find something else that's good.

SC sounds awesome! If only the TA cruise wasn't so close in time, I'd try to do both of them, but wait until my associate sees I'm taking another 3 week vacation next year!


Things here are ok. Two new clients this week, so that's good for business, and I closed out three of my old files. Tomorrow is a full day in the office, but then dinner with friends, which will be nice. I helped these friends with their closing, so they have been trying to get me over for dinner for months!
