which building will i get for POR river view room

I ended up getting a river view room with the spring discount as that was all that was available. Im just wondering which buildings that could but us in? TIA

AB 38, maybe 39. Acadian House or Magnolia Terrace. Everything else with a river view is either Preferred, or Royal rooms.

Alligator Bayou building 14, 27, or 38.

Mansion section building 80 or 85.

Fourteen and 27 are Preferred, and the OP didn't mention anything about that. Eighty is Acadian House; 85 is Magnolia Terrace.

Awesome thank you! according to this site (because I am a family of 5 ) I will be in building 14 27 or 38! Thats great news! Im guessing since river view is more expensive than preferred that Disney is ok with giving us a room in a preferred location if that's how it works out! Im super happy with these buildings!
