I've been trying to get some info out of one of my BFFs who did the trip last year and all she says is wait and see, you're going to love it. . But I can't wait, I wanna know NOW!! (patience is not one of my stronger traits)

Anybody explored options for getting back to LAX after post night stays yet? I know last time we did this we did a town car. What are the best options? Don't want to have to get to LAX 3 hrs early like magical express makes you do at WDW so it may be a town car again.

Can you please send this new disease to me??? Thursday nights are my busiest night and I always have to be there. However, being the boss has perks.... I will just have to log on from my ipad and chat between customers.

This made me realize that I have a "technical" chat question. Is there some sort of app that will let you log in to chat from an ipad or iphone?

You bring up something that maks me curious about the group. Is everyone in the group US East-Coasters except for Toni (disneykiwi)?

You can get a "flat rate" taxi voucher from GC's guest services counter. Last year it was $80 (plus tip) to LAX. For those flying out of SNA it's $32.

We took supershuttle last year from Disney to LAX. It's $16 per person, I think. It DOES pick up about 3 hours before the flight time, but takes about 45 minutes to get to LAX. Last time we left out of LAX the bag check was over an hour long at SWA - we were staying at the airport Marriott and got there two hours early and just about made our flight, so I am perfectly fine with the three hour pick-up. I've run through enough airports in my lifetime - I'd rather get there early.

As soon as I book flights I'm booking Supershuttle also. And it is $16 per person. I don't care what time we leave. I won't have tickets and by then I'll be ready to get home.

If you book your extra nights through ABD, but if you have booked your own post nights then you'll need your own transfer.

Hi Folks,

I chose to start our chat nights next week, as I have my yearly eye exam later this afternoon.

I expect that my vision will still be fuzzy. Because of the eye problems I have had, the drops the DR uses last longer than normal.

All that being said....you are welcome to start chatting without my being there.

Just use the ABD chat room. Another group uses the main chat room tonight per the regular schedule.

I will be there next Thursday at 8ish EST.

There is a way to chat via iPad, but I dont believe there's a way to chat via iphone.

Chat moves far too quickly for such a small screen.

actually, the iPad chat app (123FlashChat) can be used on the iPhone. I have used it in a pinch. I agree with Kevin that it is not a very satisfying experience.

Listening to Mary Jo's segment on the Walt Disney Archives at the Reagan Museum makes me wish that was still going to be running when we get there. They have some amazing stuff & it's only 45 minutes from Hollywood. It would have been the perfect pre-tour adventure, but it ends April 30th.
