Wine Package Question

For any of you who have recently purchased the Wine Package and had leftover Wine, was the Wine already waiting for you when you went to the Restaurant the next night? (Meaning poured in a glass at the table). The reason why I ask is because I will be the only one drinking from the bottle so I know I will have some left. I like to switch from Red to White depending on what I am going to eat so I would prefer for them not to pour it. I was wondering if I needed to say anything. Also if you didn't show up for whatever reason it would be a waste.

I believe the bottle follows you but they won't pour it until you say so. Can't say for sure, though.

When we did it the wine was in a wine bucket at our table but not poured. They asked us before pouring each night.

They will not pour until you are ready. You can easily switch from red to white each night, or for that matter on the same night.
