Concierge/Club Level Information- Part IV, July 2012

Just checked into the Beach Club club level today. There are dasani water bottles available upon request. They told us at checkin about this. We have 4 bottles in our fridge at this moment for us to drink!!!!

I just booked Club level at BWI and I'm a little confused about the room locations for the CL.

I've been reading that some people had rooms located outside the Innkeepers Club. Are there many rooms like this?

I like being in the club area but not too close to the lounge. How would I word this in a reservation?

Right now my request says "Away from Lounge". Do you think they might put us outside of the club area because of this wording or should I leave it alone?

Turned over my Adrs and other reservations (bbb and pirates cruise) to the IPO at the GF- over planner in me was anxious, but with all the recent problems with the websites and such and not having time to call on school morning I decided to give it a try. Had an email waiting for me at 6:15 this morning with everything I wanted at the perfect times- easy as could be and no stressful rants at the computer or time wasted on the phone! Woo hoo... 180 days till GF RPC

Turned over my Adrs and other reservations (bbb and pirates cruise) to the IPO at the GF- over planner in me was anxious, but with all the recent problems with the websites and such and not having time to call on school morning I decided to give it a try. Had an email waiting for me at 6:15 this morning with everything I wanted at the perfect times- easy as could be and no stressful rants at the computer or time wasted on the phone! Woo hoo... 180 days till GF RPC

GREAT to hear. I am the same way. It killed me to not make them myself, but like you said I did not want to chance it with the website problems. My 180 mark is next Monday so I hope that we are just as lucky as you with the times we places we put down. We are staying Poly CL. Enjoy your trip. Hope we both get good September weather

abk96-In regards to CL rooms at the BWI. They have a few rooms on the 3rd floor that are for CL guests. The majority of the CL rooms are on the 4th floor. There are 3 rooms located on the 4th floor that are outside of the key access area.

Wow that's great to hear. I also had a hard time handing over that ADR responsibility. My 180 day is this Friday. I hope to get an email with good news that morning also

Does anyone know how often appetizers change? If we are at ycclub for 6 nights, will we be seeing same thing twice...I'm hoping to try lobster salad and it would figure that that we wont be there the one night they serve it.

I am so not feeling the love from Poly IPO this year. I emailed them about the questionnaire. I get an email that they don't know what I'm talking about. The only one they have asks about dining requests and since I already made my own it isn't relevant. I responded that every other time I've had to fill one out about my party, special requests, flight info, etc. I hope I get someone who knows what's going on tomorrow.

I've never seen this famed questionnaire, though I have heard of it.

Never got one from WL or YC, but maybe because I'm so proactive in contacting them and listing all of my requests/concerns...i.e...anal retentive.

Checking into Poly CL on Saturday for one night before our Disney Dream Cruise! Never got an email from IPO and didn't except to get one since we're only staying for one night and already have our ADR made..unless they can swing a surprise BOG ADR instead..but I doubt it haha. Looking forward to seeing the new rooms and Wishes from the lounge!

As far as I know they are the Deluxe CL rooms that are those 3 on the 3rd floor. They are the ones that sleep 6.

Normal size dasani bottles. You just request how many you want. So far the people have been very nice. Having a great time so far!

I filled one out a couple of weeks ago. It also had a place for my ADR. I would just call again and ask. If you want to PM me I can email you the sheet if you would like

Thanks for the heads up on this. This is our first stay at CL at WL. I am very much an over planner and wake up at 5:15 to make sure I am up to get my adr's done. With all the problems I have been reading about I emailed my form over the weekend and called today to give cc number. They confirmed everything with me and told me it might take them a day or so to get back to me after my 180 day window (which is Saturday). I am stressing right now as to whether I should pull it from them or leave it be.

Oh, never thought of that. We aren't in a deluxe so we don't have to worry about it.
