What's the best and easiest way to make a luggage tag?

I'd like to have them personalized for my upcoming trip - along w/ making some for our friends.

Order them on Ebay, etc... ?

What do you think?

I think I'm going to check the Creative DISign boards (just a few forums down from the Creative Community on the main board) and see if on one of the stickys it tells me which DISigner has already created them.. Then I can see if they can personalize them and print them at home on heavy cardstock... then I could just slip them into the plastic badge sleeves I can buy at Walmart (2.96 is the cost) and then tie them to my luggage w/ Disney ribbons...

I may just make my own too...

I need to make 9 ;) Making them as a little gift for us for our cruise.
I did order some on eba* a few years ago - they were laminated with our name on one side and our phone on the other.. but I'd rather not do that again and let the other person fill out what they want, some don't like their phone number on the luggage.

I'm going to check out Designs too, they are great over there ;) :dance3:

I hoped over to the DISign boards when you posted this and am looking around... that reminded me that I needed to make new ones for our Grad trip next year and maybe a surprise trip coming up soon...

I sent DS16 to a conference this past weekend w/ his Disney luggage tag on his luggage.. He got bonus points from his teacher/advisor who is a Disney lover! :)

With a plastic rubberband thingie too?

I just read somewhere, where someone used baseball card covers. I'm assuming the hard type and put a hole in the top with ribbon and keyring.

I am going to have to come up with a design now - or head on over to Amy's... I don't need Disney themed this time -- we are doing a NCL Cruise

No, it's just the plastic sleeve and you can attach it to anything you want...

We used them this past year to hold our tickets and attached them to a lanyard..

The hard covered baseball card thing would be great... would guarantee (I'd hope) that if they were in the rain they wouldn't get smeared...

:thumbsup2

They are harder plastic too i'm sure...

I'm going to see if my son has any hard covered ones...

But walmart is an option
