Hi does anyone know what time the small shop at the station near where you go into Disneyland closes during the week?

The Casino shop opens until 8pm.

The Relay shop opens until 10pm.

Ok thanks I didn't know there were 2! Which I is the 10pm one, we arrive at about 9pm on Monday and wanted to get a few bits.

If you end up missing the stores in the station, you could try the garage across the road from the Santa Fe.
I'm not sure where you're staying but the Disney hotels have shops in them that sell crisps etc, and we found the vending machines in the hotel blocks to be cheaper than the store if that helps.

There are a few shops and a cafe.

The 8pm shop (Casino) is probably the most useful shop as it has the biggest range of food and drinks.

The 10pm shop (Relay) largely sells magazines and gifts but I believe they sell some drinks and snacks.

Petit Casino is the one most people use. It's the one in the RER part of the station in the corner nearest to Disneyland Park.

The Relay is a smaller shop which has two glass walls. It's is in the Eurostar/TGV part of the station.

Relay operate both stores.

Does anyone know, are the prices in Casino very much inflated compared to normal French supermarkets? We are on a budget (like everyone!) And I'm just trying to decide how many snacks and drinks to bring/lug with me on the train from Brittany.

when you go into the train station from the park go left - ahead of you is the Casino shop. Its bigger than the Relay, you can get fresh pastries, fresh OJ, hot drinks etc there as well as snacks and drinks etc.

If we're using the shuttle buses we always cut through the station, so naturally walk past the Relay, so have known about that one ever since our first trip. We've turned left once and bought some lovely filled baguettes from a little counter/cafe bar there, I assume it's on past that, will definately be looking out for it next time

I'd say 10-15% (depending on wether you are Paris or Province) looking at the prices I noted a couple of years ago. You'd be better going to Auchan at Val d'Europe. It's just one stop away on the train and you'd find all your usual favourites at normal prices.

The Petit Casino is like l'épicerie du coin, it will help you out when you are stuck on a Sunday but beyond that isn't much cop.

The Casino one does. Just remember that after you'll have to take the shuttle for getting back to your hotel as you can't take it through the security check

Does this mean we can't bring a bottle of wine to have in the hotel? I rarely drink but since its a holiday and I'm on a tight budget, I might fancy a glass of wine or something.

You can but you can't take it through the security checks as once through you could go either into the parks or village with it and alchool is not allowed in unless it is bought in the official outlets. There's also the 2nd pb that occurs as you can't bring glass bottles through security checks.

You get round this by taking the shuttle to your hotel and not walking through DV when you are carrying alchool

There is but it's a long walk. Why not just take the shuttle bus that goes direct from the park (next to the station) to the front door of HNY ?

I didn't know there was a shuttle to HNY with it being such a short walk through the village, that's great news that there is, where do you get if from?

Its in the same row of bus stops as all the other onsite hotels buses - next to the train station and the Village exit.
