Time to say goodbye to a terrible show and parade!

As of April, Disney Channel Rocks and the Pixar Pals Countdown to Fun parade will no longer be at Hollywood Studios, with no replacements known intended at this time.

I loved the parade!! A lot of people will miss that. The Disney Channel Rocks is over rated but the kids loved it.

If this is true, I hope they are working on something new. The shows and parades are a cool part of the whole atmosphere. A lot of people really enjoy them.

DD loves DCR. She has a Camp Rock bedroom.

Oh no...this makes me a little sad. We have our first trip planned for June and while we don't care about the Disney Rocks we were looking forward to the parade. It looked like a lot of fun and my Son knows those character s better than he does some of the classic Disney ones. I hope they have a replacement by the time of our trip.

Interesting way to share the news. I presumed this meant all parades and all shows, since it is unlikely there is anything at WDW that meets with universal approval.

I really hope they continue with some sort of parade I always loved some sort of parade at DHS ill be honest i never saw disney channel rocks but heard mixed reviews on it that never interested me to see so thats not as much of a loss. I'm just really sad there getting rid of the parade.

Hmm, the last time we went in Fall 2012 the DHS parade (I believe the pixar parade) was I think called the Block Party? It had lots of Bugs Life characters I think in it, green army men, and lots of people on skates/scooters dancing. We absolutely loved it. It was a nice little parade. They had all the balls bounce out at the end that read "Block Party" on them. That stinks if this is the parade. Hopefully, they will come out with something then for this park before we head to WDW in October. DHS is somewhat lacking a bit or maybe I should stop trying to hold it up to a MK standard.

Personally, I don't know why they ever ended the Stars and Motor Cars Parade and sent it to Walt Disney Studios Paris... Maybe we'll get Cinemagique in Disney's Hollywood Studios... (Yeah, right.)

Never stop holding a Disney park up to the highest standards...
Now with the WDW president, hopefully MGM and Animal Kingdom will get a much needed long delayed renovation. Hey, even Downtown Disney is converting to DISNEY SPRINGS by 2016.

We loved the Pixar parade! It the AK parade I think needs revamped.
