My friends the summer offer will be

Ok, nothing incredible, the next offer that will be released in April 2 will be the same that is current for spring.
A discount from 15 percent to values, 20 percent to moderates and up to 30 percent to deluxes and some home away from home, tickets can be purchased with discount (the same that in the spring offer) but it seems that you can´t add the no expiration option to these discounted tickets.
You must book at least 4 nigths to qualify for the discounted tickets.
The prices of the tickets vary in 2 or 3 dollars more or less (depending the options) than the present now at the spring offer.
LM rooms at AOA are excluded, and Port Orleans french quarter it´s more expensive than Port Orleans riverside (around 30 to 40 per nigth)
Like always maximun 14 nigths and the offer it´s for stays June 13 to August 14

It´s a room only discount (It´s weird because you can buy the discounted tickets in a package but that´s it) so you will get the offer only until August 14 no matter you check in that day you can´t get the offer for the rest of your stay.
So sorry for those of you that have been waiting FD or something better, and hope this helps with the plans of a lot of Dissers

Thanks for the heads up...I booked POFQ with the Orbitz 20% spring discount for the room only, so will have to look at the discount on tickets to see if it is worth it to cancel (it is refundable) and rebook.

I really didn't expect any really discounted program such as FD. Hoping, but really not expecting.

You can check the tickets prices of the current spring offer and make your numbers, but POFQ will be less discounted than others moderates, around 30 to 40 more per nigth than POR for example have a great vacation

I don't like the discount pattern for this year. It is taking them way to long to release discounts and they are not very good discounts at that.

Love the room discounts much better than the Free dining (I know, I'm the minority here).

Do you know if this is the Disney Visa Date? Or will they offier it to Disney Visa holders earlier than April 2???

We are booked for Aug 17-25 and are still hoping for FD....this gives me SOME hope...maybe...err, a tiny bit that something will come out for my dates. Hopefully FD but a discount is a discount....even if it's a room only, I guess.

I had that week last year and ended up paying rack rate. The summer discount ended on the 14th or so, and then free dining didn't start until August 25th. I managed to get a 10% discount on the suite at AoA, and AAA had another bonus where I got $300 back from them. Had I kept the reservation with Disney, the full rack rate would have applied.

Just an FYI. if its the same as the spring special. CSR turned out to be the cheapest of the moderates with the discount.

I think there will be a discount for that time period after this one expires. Last year I think it came out in June.

Strange, we went august 19 - 26th last summer and had a room only discount...saved 30% off the beach club...there was definitely a room only offer out august 15-late September -ish last year!

I was at the AoA in the family suites, no discount for those. If I remember correctly, I could have stayed at the BC or YC in a regular room for about what I paid for the AoA, but it was my kids' trip to Disney and they didn't find that appealing. We'd been hoping for a good discount but there wasn't one. I booked a bounce back and this year it's parent's choice, so BC here we come. I have other family members who are hoping for FD the week we are going (we pushed our dates towards September to increase our odds).
