....sounds easy for YOU, but with an unexpected $230 vet bill this morning, and another to follow on Monday, I cannot just do that....however,all hope is not lost, because of recent [yesterday] events...

Oh Really.....

So I usually have someone watch our dogs when we go on vacation...Don't have that anymore.

So needless to say $35 a day( at this dog boarding place ) starting on Apr. 4th to the 14th. = $385 of money that we didn't plan on spending. Also They checked with our vet which now they are saying that they need an influenza 2 part shot...( Which My dog should've had done at the last visit...so what's that mean...Another $60 for the visit & a 2 part $28 & $28 dollars of unexpexted money OOP. So $116 + $385 = $501......Need I say more......But I don't care , because I'm going to DISNEY!!!!! LoL

The only good thing is I'm still on our AP's from last August, & also the TiW card too.... So that's a plus right?

....I know the way that WE feel about Disney....if you've learned anything over the years, it's that Ron doesn't feel the same...he could take it or leave it...

Yep...But I'm still bummed because I wasn't allowed to upgrade to PAP's last year. & get a refund which I didn't care about...So I'll use these for this trip...

The plan hopefully will be like this..

Next Feb or Apr. Try for California...
Then F&W festival during Jersey week next Nov. Probably will purchase the AP's & TiW card then & have it through 2015 & squeeze in a summer trip or earlier to utilize both...

But it's hard to see that far into the future..LoL Sounds good though No?

Yes and it's Pi***ng me off too......We'd never been down there at the same time so it oughta be fun for my kids to see her down there too.

Been there before for a day or so with my other Dsis years ago, which was fun, & also been there w/ my DSiL for a total of 15 days on 2 separate occasions..

Well Kim the good news is that there is still availability for your dates at both resorts. I wouldn't wait too much longer. Just use those points and go for it!

I'm not sure if I'm excited or just running away but finally have official requests out for points to rent a villa from 4/11 - 4/14. Will probably just be me, my mom, and kids (DH not handling the loss of the dog very well.....may need to get puppy immediately).

Any insight into the views for the Jambo CL Villas? I have officially gone from wanting the cheapest studio villa to wanting breakfast every morning and seriously thinking about not leaving the hotel while there.... but do they have a view or would I be smarter to go with Savannah view? Not crushing if I don't get it but just curious what I'd be signing up with. Also, any idea where i can get the current activity schedule so I can decide if I need to do ADRs in a hurry or if it will be all hotel?

Think I'm going to give the renting direct a few days but then will just let David do it to have SOMETHING to look forward to! Hoping to post something here really soon!!! (PS - can someone DVC confirm for me that CL is even still available? I haven't checked in a few days)....

Just checked availability for you. There are no CL studios available for those days. The CL 1 BR is available only on 4/11. Standard view studios are available for all nights at both Jambo and Kidani. Savanna studios are available for all nights at Kidani and only two at Jambo. The value studio at Jambo is only avaialble for two nights as well.

There are no club level studios available in your time frame. They usually book out at 11mos. folks are lucky to get them at 7mos, the only ones availble are savannah or non savannah views....
