My two year old is my third kid, but I have never had a kid obsessed about anything like he is with Toy Story! He walks around CONSTANTLY clutching a "buddy", quotes the movies, and can't wait to go to "Buddy Land". I know about the two rides, but what about characters? Anything else we shouldn't miss?

Pizza Planet at DHS! Your son will love seeing large depictions of the "claw guys" from Toy Story and they have Toy Story music playing as well.

If you don't already have reservations, you may want to stay at All-Star Movies and request the Toy Story section. They have a giant Woody and Buzz and all kinds of other toys around. The RC car is a great photo op.

Across from TSMM is the Buzz/Woody M&G. He can meet both of them. Green Army Men occasionally wander around too. The Pixar Play Parade is probably going to be a must too.

A visit to Pizza Planet is in order. Even if you don't want the food, you can go in, look around, and play some games. I'm sure your DS would love to visit a place from the movie.

Over in MK, Buzz meets between his ride and the Carousel of Progress. Woody, Jessie, and sometimes Bullseye meet in Frontierland on the way to Splash Mountain.

In Hollywood Studios, in the Pixar countdown to fun parade, there is a huge toy story float with all the characters. Also, in the TSM area, I was able to get a picture with a "green army man" walking around haha...

In Magic Kingdom, Toy story characters are in the "move it, shake it, celebrate it parade", down main street. Jessie (can't remember if anyone else is) is also in the "celebrate a dream come true" parade in the afternoons at MK as well.

DHS: as mentioned, Woody and Buzz meet across from Toy Story Mania, and be sure to have your camera in line because there are 4 or 5 excellent photo spots before you make it to the real characters

Best way to ensure more than one ride on TSM is to get to DHS 30 minutes before the posted opening time because they let people in well before then. Go straight to TSM and ride standby. When you get off the ride, grab a fast pass and ride during the window.

Have fun! :goodvibes

We have also seen Jessie, Woody and Bullseye over by Splash Mountain by the backstage entrance. Buzz is at Tomorrowland by Carousel of Progress. Pizza Planet does not have characters but is Toy Story themed so he would love it. As pp, Buzz & Woody in the building opposite TSM (it's also a great que for pictures). Green army men walking around the Pixar Ave.

What a fun trip for a Toy Story fan!!!

Even if you don't stay at the All Stars hotel, you can go in and have a look around and take pictures.

If you come during the Flower & Garden Festival, a Buzz topiary is near Mission to Mars and Woody and the Pink Bear topiaries in World Showcase near American Adventure.

One of the Toy Story movies is frequently shown at one of the Disney resort hotels -- you can watch a movie on the big screen. It's my understanding that anyone can go to a Disney hotel and watch a movie (except maybe Art of Animation if the movie is located at the pool which is fenced off.)

Build & buy a Mr. Potato head at Downtown Disney Once Upon a Toy store

Thank you all! He can't wait, and I have never been so excited for a trip. I cannot wait to see him see his "buddies"!

Just a heads up, but the Pixar parade (and Disney Channel Rocks) is ending on April 6. No replacement entertainment has been announced.

In Downtown Disney there's a giant Buzz Lightyear outside the toy store near Earl of Sandwich. The toy store also has a huge Mr. Potatohead selection and a build your own option with all sorts of neat parts. You can also get a Buzz or Woody outfit for Duffy which you could use for your own bear. The Lego store in Downtown Disney also has a big sculpture outside with Buzz and Woodey as well as a Lego Buzz inside. My two year old went wild over them and we got some great photo ops.

We. Took our son in his buzz outfit. They loved it, Ditto the ride at HS. Take a bus over to all star movies hotel to look around at the two story buzz. Worth a photo trip. Buzz is also over by space ranger spin...have fun

I second this.. Definately get there early or you wont get a fastpass or will have to wait a couple hours to get on the ride... We got there at 10AM and still were too late and they were out of fast passes.. We waited in the 2 hour line on out 5th day cuz we didn't want to get up early while on vacation... Price we had to pay.. Won't do that again...:thumbsup2
