I saw this thread for the other ships, but I couldn't find one about the Magic.

So fill me in on what you had that you loved on the Magic
I need a way to fill the next 13 days (besides work, packing, FE, ETC)!,

Princess,

Youngest DS will be in heaven as chicken strips are his favorite (right after fries)!! Where is the best pace to get the chicken strips and are they regular strips or special?

They have them at Pluto's Dog House on the pool deck. And they're on the kids menu every night (at least they used to be). DS19 had them for his appitizer every night ;). And have them every afternoon as my mid-day snack.

Sorry, I don't know what you mean by regular vs special strips?

Crab claws, almost anything at Palo brunch and dinner, warm chocolate lava cake (captain's gala menu). This is making me hungry:laughing:

Lamb Chops
BBQ Rib on Pirate Night
Topsider lunch, day after Pirate night serves BBQ meat left over from night before
Mickey Bar
Cobblers with ice cream
Ice Cream Cones

Banana Bread with dip served at Parrot Cay with it's signature menu - addicting!
Make your own dessert crepes
Mushroom risotto
pot stickers
mixed grille

I loved everything but those are the things that stood out to me as my favorites

Chicken parm from palo, pretty much everything at palo brunch! I really liked the plain steak and mashed potatoes from animators, it was the best steak I had all trip. Room service hot wings( when they weren't cold)

Sent from my iPhone using DISBoards

Mrs Potts French Onion Soup in Lumieres... YUM!

I was wondering if they are breaded strips like you get at Applebee's or are they special like coconut in the breading. I don't know if that is any clearer or not lol! :)

Sure it is. :goodvibes

They are just regular breaded chicken strips. Much like the chicken selects that McDonalds used to have, but better.

Oh, I thought of another favorite, Butternut Squash soup (Animators)

Island Spiced Grilled Rib-Eye of Beef sounds interesting.

On the 7 night Magic on the second night that we ate at Lumieres I had a vegetable lasagna. Best thing I have ever eaten on any Disney ship! ( And, I am not even a vegeterian!)

Palo dinner:
Garlic roasted rack of lamb
Lobster ravioli
Antipasto platter
Tiramisu
Chocolate souffle

Palo brunch:
crab
Spicy sausage pizza
All desserts
Strawberry soup was my favorite thing I ate the whole cruise.

MDR:
Island spiced ribeye
Jack Sparrow's marinated short-ribs
Banana creme brulee
Side of seared scallops whenever on the menu
Rack of lamb- golden mickey night
Baked potato and cheddar soup

I'm seeing a lot of soups. I love soup so this is a good thing for me!

What about appetizers? Any not to miss starters?
