booked via website 3/1 1:08pm Central

for those of you having problems with the website - right click the time you want and open in a new tab or window. that worked for me :hippie:

Last year I made an online reservation about 10 minutes after someone posted that the month I was looking for opened. Got a front row table (party of 1). On the day of theparty, I asked multiple cm's working at the party and they ALL did say tables were assigned in the order of time the reservation was made (by call or online) so I guess it's pretty sure that tables are assigned on a "first reserved first served" basis. I have also never heard of anyone who has made reservations during the first hours on the day they opened and gotten a table in the very back of the terrace. Hoping I was among the first to make the ressie this time, too!

When i made my call at 10:37EST, Only one other person had reserved for the 29th.

I got my Anniversary! April 26th! I had to call...The website wasn't working. I was on the verge of tears. I got it though!pixiedust:

Happy for you! I also called and got the same date. It will be 4th trip to the dessert party. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

Yay! Be sure to wear a lime green Mickey head with your screen name so that we know you are a DISer!

Congrats! I'll chime in and say we got the same date too! 9:00 pm ressies.
If you see the happy couple without their kids enjoying way too much dessert for their anniversary, that would be us. :-D

We will have our kids and my mother in tow to celebrate our anniversary. I'm with you on the "enjoying WAY TOO MUCH dessert" though. :rotfl:

Looking forward to perhaps meeting you all there :) I'll have my wife and another family with us; a party of 8 there. We're celebrating our anniversaries too! :thumbsup2

For those with online booking problems here is what worked for me.
I tried going into tom. ter. and searching, but that will not let you select a time. So here is what worked.

Search all restaurants on the day you want and then you can see Tomorrowland Terrace and select either 8 or 9 and are allowed to book.

TABLE LOCATION for the month of APRIL:

If we can, try to remember the date and time you called (made the reservation), and perhaps we can see where our reservation time placed us, and respond when we return to confirm this theory.

If you'd like to PM me, i'll record the information and create a chart :thumbsup2

For those going on the 26th, I made my reservation at 12:20, and the CM mentioned that i was the 10 reservation for that night.

That may possibly give an indication as to where you fall in line for "table location".... if in fact they do go in the order the time called.

THANKS :thumbsup2
I also scheduled for April 26 for a party of 3.

I made the reservation sometime between 11:38a and 12:10p. I don't remember exactly when. I just know that I saw 11:38a post in the April thread about it being open, tried the reservation system, ran in to lags, called, booked, then printed my list of reservations off the Disney page at 12:11p. lol

I saw that post too, booked about 12.00 on 1st march for 8 April. We are a party of 4.

I got the email confirmation for my online ressie at 11.12 EST...so lets hope not too many people got in during that half hour in between your call and my online ressie so that I'll score a table in the front row

I'll be there with wife celebrating, well... celebrating the moment. Hope to see y'all there. I'lll be the old guy possibly wearing a Dole Whip Tee.

Booked for 4/30, although I am not yet sure I will keep the reservation. It will be me and 3 yo DS, and I was thinking the party would give us a less stressful viewing experience (and the dessert part doesn't hurt!). We should have a good view of Tinkerbell, right? (standing from the railing - I'm sure our table will be far back at this point)
If I decide to cancel, I will post here to see if anyone wants to call right after I cancel!

I'm still debating...I have a 3 and a 5 yo and I'm worried that it will be too late. Anyone bring toddlers to this Dessert Party before?

Although we are arriving the end of April, we will be staying at the Polynesian for the first few nights and plan on taking advantage of the fireworks from the beach. We are considering this for early May when the grandparents can join us. I've seen pictures of the terrrace view with the packed crowds in the distance and that alone makes it worth it.

Thank you so much for this thread - I am having my first ever visit in Disney in April (in fact my first visit to the USA!) and I first heard about this amazing dessert party only a couple of days ago. Today I managed to book for the last night of my 2 week trip in April - thank you so much everyone, it sounds like so much fun :):cool1:

We are the same it's our first trip too & found out about the party through this thread. We are going a few days before the end of our trip as I think my kids will enjoy it more if it isn't on the last night! It's so exciting. We will be their in 4 weeks :)

It sounds amazing doesn't it!?

I don't have children so it is just me and my partner so I am hoping we will enjoy having something to look forward to on our last night there before the long flight home the next day! Have an amazing trip!

Tink flies right to and over onto the roof of the dessert party pretty much.:thumbsup2 (weather permitting)

We got our 9pm reservation for April 19th party of 4. This is our last day in the parks and our first time doing the dessert party!!!! I had no intentions of doing this but when my DH saw the pictures he said, "BOOK IT!"
