"Excuse me, your child can NOT go on stage with Mickey":Jan 2013 TR! updates x 3! 6/5

We were in the 70s building! It would be pretty funny if we did cross paths!

We were in the 50s, building 2! You'll have to look for yourself in the background of my pictures :rotfl2:

Oh great! Now I'll have to see B&TB twice. Once to watch the stage and once to watch the techy guys! :rotfl2::rotfl: I'm ridiculous, I love anything technical and hate to miss any Disney detail!!! :lmao: Too cute about the figurines.

Thanks for the app tip Courtney. That and sharpening my character stalking skills will really come in handy. :lmao:

:rotfl2::rotfl2: Disney sure does have a way with making us want to see every little detail!

Character stalking is becoming my favorite hobby :lmao::thumbsup2

I just found your trip report and read through all of it :)

Loved your pictures!

Aw thank you for reading! Glad you're enjoying!!:goodvibes

Just started reading your report, Loving it!!!
:cool1:

Welcome! Thank you for reading! So glad you like it! :goodvibes

Great BatB photos! I would have been watching the tech guys too. :lmao:

You can't have too many BatB pics-that's why I have 1000. :rotfl:

:lmao: The tech guys did add a new element to the show! Next time, I'll have to try to discreetly add some pictures of them to my collection without them thinking I'm totally creepy!

I knew I could count on Disboarders to understand the 17 billion pictures! :rotfl2:

Thank you for reading!

Joining in. I love all the pictures! The more, the merrier!! :thumbsup2 We were there the 3rd-9th. Maybe I need to see if I see you in any of my pictures. :rotfl2:

Thanks for joining!! Glad you appreciate the pictures lol!

How funny! Where did you stay?

So I'm a little fuzzy on what we did after Beauty and the Beast. I think this was when we decided it was snack time because we still had some time to kill before our TSMM FP window opened. DBF decided he wanted a cinnamon sugar pretzel which guess what? NOT all the pretzel stands have.

On our trek, I guess I decided to stop for any and every photopass photographer!

Since we had some time to kill, we decided to walk the LONG way around to TSMM, thinking we'd find a cinnamon sugar pretzel for sure.

So while walking around, we did something TOTALLY stalkerish. We saw a woman with a cream cheese pretzel so we decided to ask her where she got it :rotfl: Luckily, she was the nicest person and didn't think we were creepy! She pointed us to the pretzel stand and offered us her extra cream-cheese pretzel! She said she wanted a different pretzel but they gave her the cream cheese one and since they had already handed it to her, let her keep it and gave her the right pretzel so she wasn't going to eat it! She said she knew it was kinda strange to take food from strangers but she promised she was just a nice lady with an extra pretzel! So we happily took the pretzel, and thanked her! If any of you out here are here, thanks! You're awesome for spreading pixie dust! pixiedust:

I ate the cream cheese pretzel which I had been dying to try but never had and it was SO amazing! When we got to the pretzel cart, he was sold out of cinnamon sugar pretzels! DBF was very disappointed and decided since he couldn't have one, he wanted ice cream so we backtracked ALL THE WAY to the ice cream stand outside of B&tB where we ran into Jen, Rick and Presley who had just watched B&tB after us. I think they headed to Little Mermaid, and after all our walking in circles, it was time for our first TSMM ride!

Of course you had to stop for every photopass photog you had PP! Its mandatory!:lmao:

Its not at all stalkerish to ask the lady where she got her pretzel. I haven't posted the pic on my TR yet where I held some random lady's beer while she took a pic of me holding it. Wait til I get to THAT story.:thumbsup2

I can't believe after all that trekking through the park they were out! Poor guy.:sad2:

aahhaahhaa!:rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:Too funny about the cream cheese pretzel Courtney. Only at Disney. I have lived in Manhattan and Brooklyn, and normally wouldn't even give a stranger eye contact. But Disney's different. My DH cringes when I take off to ask strangers where they got their food or their perfect Disney shirts, shoes, etc. What? Time is valueable, and I am not about to give up my Soarin, EE, RNR or MS(Mission Space) time, so why not just ask, right! :lmao:
THERE IS NO STALKING AT DISNEY just neighbors helping neighbors stay on the fastlane to the magic!pixiedust::lmao:

I sooo want to hear that beer story too. :goodvibes

I felt the same way before I started writing! It does take a significant amount of time!

yes. I work full time and I'm afraid it may take me a year or so before I finish. By that time, I'll probably have taken another trip. lol.

BUT, I am enjoying yours. :thumbsup2

Great PP pics! I love the smooching one too. :goodvibes

We've done that walk for popcorn/pretzel/frozen coke :lmao: It is kind of a nice way to explore the park!

Yay for an extra pretzel!! I've been wanting to try the cream cheese pretzel myself. Maybe next time!

Lol it definitely is mandatory in my book!

hahahaha I can not wait to hear that story! Glad you don't think I'm scary! :rotfl2:

Yeah poor guy and poor me :rotfl: Just kidding. He is obsessed with bodybuilding and follows a very strict diet for most of the year until we're on vacation so I try to indulge him and find whatever he wants to eat on the rare occasion that he can. That's why after that whole trek, we walked back across the whole park for ice cream :rotfl::thumbsup2

You are 100% correct. Things like that really are only ok in Disney! I am from NYC also and I am totally with you about not even making eye contact with strangers. The magic of Disney prevails again! :cheer2:

Good point! It is a waste of expensive and valuable time to search without asking!

I stalk for funnel cake! ::yes::

Great trip report and love the pictures!

Thank you! :goodvibes

Funnel Cake is most definitely worthy of stalking!!:thumbsup2

Aw thank you! I love PP!

I'm so glad we aren't the only crazy snack hunters:rotfl2: This is true, it was a much slower paced way to take in the sights instead of when we're running from one attraction to another!

You definitely need to try the cream cheese pretzel! So amazing:goodvibes

Oh wait! When I said - THERE IS NO STALKING AT DISNEY - I didn't mean, we don't do it. I mean - in Disney, it's not considered stalking, it's perfectly normal!:rolleyes1 :rotfl2: WE MOST DEFINITELY STALK for characters, food, and whatever else we need. Just stay stealthy my friends.:rotfl2::rotfl::lmao:

It was finally time to use our FPs for our first ride on TSMM!

Verdict?: We enjoyed the ride. It was really cute. I like it better than Buzz because I can actually see what I'm shooting at. AND I won at this one :lmao: However, I don't necessarily see WHY the wait times are always so so so insane for it. I guess it does go back to the little kids being able to ride factor. But I really don't see any little kid waiting on that long of a line.

After our time with the toys, I guess we had another set of ToT FPs to use cause we headed there next (with PP pictures on the way obviously!)

Wow, what a gorgeous day! The weather looks amazing. Your TSMM pics are great. I agree, I don't get why the lines are still so insanely long:confused3, but I do like it better than Buzz.::yes::

Presley looks so cute in her Snow White dress. She's a real princess!princess:

Your TOT pics really make me miss how fun that ride is. I love speed and drops and always think I'll get used to that ride, but never! It's so fun and unexpected each time!!!!:Pinkbounc:ccat::earseek:

I love TSMM, but I agree the lines are out of control. Didn't you love the queue?

I've never seen the Chip magic shot before! I love it! I have got to get over my fear of asking to get those shots. I really love them.

Preseley looks so sweet in her dress. :goodvibes
