We just registered! So there are 3 more coming from NJ (one adult, one 8 year old girl, and the 9 mo old baby).

Just a question- my daughter does not have a dis name so I just put 'kid' in that field in her registration area. I just want to make sure that is not a problem with any badges they are printing up.

Do we have confirmation on who is coming from the podcast team? I hope Kathy and Theresa will be there!

Let me know if I can help at all since I am local to the area. I would def be willing to do anything in advance or help more with set up if needed on that day.

I don't think we are going to do the fri night stuff bc it would be too much for the baby.

Well, I just re-read the friday activities and it sounds really fun- maybe my dd and I will come and leave the baby home with dad. Do you have to pre-register for friday, or just show up?

As an aside, I grew up in Somerville and the thought of Pete and crew shopping in downtown Somerville sounds so surreal!!!!

I felt the same way when Pete came to the Virginia Dis Meet and he was attending an event in my favorite Cafe'. After the event every time I walked in there I kept thinking "Pete and other Disers were here". It was such a cool feeling.

Too bad the Cafe' closed.

We sure ARE going to have FUN on Friday night!!

First- no problem with the name tags- I understood that "kid" wasn't her DIS name!

Friday night events WILL have a sign up very, very soon.
We are also going to have t-shirts available for sale- and I am waiting for final pricing before I open both the Friday night event registration and the t-shirt pre-sale. I expect it will be open in a couple of days.

So glad everyone is getting excited! I have never been to Somerville- but I looked at the Somerville Center Antiques website and I think I could spend a week (and a LOT of money ) in there easily!!! Can't wait!!

I thought that Julie would attend either Friday or Saturday's meet looking all Snookilicious for $1,000. But for $2,500 she would have the look for the Live Podcast.

I re-watched the show and wrote the challenge down. For $1000, Julie will have a total Snooki makeover and wear it to an event on Friday or Sunday. For $2500, she'll wear it on Saturday during the recording. We only have ONE WEEK to get this money together!! Donate through our registration link in the first post of this thread!!!!
