So sad but due to the price of flights from the UK to America in April we have had to switch from this cruise to one in 2014 I know you will all have a fantastic time ....... and maybe we will get to meet some of you when we finally get to do this cruise ......

Hi Everyone, I accidentally stumbled on this board while looking for activities to do at Castaway Cay. We too, together with 3 other families (all of which are relatives) are going on this cruise too. This will be our first time on a cruise and my kids are kinda worried because they don't know anyone. I wanted to sign up my daughter for "The Wild Side Teen Adventure" but again she wasn't sure if she will have someone to hang-out with. Has anyone signed up their kids for this activity? Like everyone in this thread, we are also very excited

Welcome! You'll be glad to know there are at least two teenage girls in our little group! My daughter, Mallory, is 15 and we are traveling with friends who also have a 15 year old girl, Abby. We have already signed the girls up for the Wild Side Teen Adventure! My older boys did it when we first cruised in 2008 and loved it! Since Castaway Cay is the last day ... I'm sure both of your kids will have made friends before then!

We'll be having a group meet up on the first day, before we leave Port Canaveral ... i hope you'll be able to be there! If not, we are in Stateroom #7564 and have an adjoining room to Abby. Give us a call and we can introduce the girls or they can coordinate to meet up at Vibe.

You're going to LOVE the cruise! Guaranteed!!

Our cruise documents arrived yesterday also! I've been out of town the past two weekends, but now April 6th is the next big thing!! Working on FE gifts ... need to decide what I'm doing about my extender though ... to buy or make myself, that is the million dollar question! I think I could figure it out, just not sure if it's worth the time spent on 'the learning curve'?! (especially because I'll still need to do laundry, make meals, oh, and that last five, er 10 pounds?), etc. etc.

Oh, I am so tearing the house apart when I get home.

This weekend, I started having packing nightmares. In one, I only packed jeans and sweaters for myself. In another, I only packed food. No clothes, just food.

We've got a busy month ahead of us, but I think I have everything booked and scheduled. I'm kind of glad that I didn't join the FE because I'd probably have nightmares about that, too.

Anyone book Remy or Palo? Any inside knowledge?

We booked Palo brunch and we have Remy booked right now, but I'm up in the air on that one.

We've never done either, but the reviews of Palo brunch are awesome, so I'm really looking forward to that.

Remy seems to be more in line with Victoria & Albert's at WDW, I think, but I've never done Remy, either. We loved V&A's, though. I was worried that there would be things I wouldn't like since I'm just a moderately adventurous eater, but it turned out that it's my favorite restaurant at WDW.
