You're welcome! On some Navigators I saw, it was being offered on day 2 in the late afternoon (when we are in Nassau).

DBF called DCL this morning and they said it was sent out last week (couldn't tell him a day) and that it should be here this week but the CM was puzzled as to why I live in FL and didn't get it..hm.. and that if we needed it to be resent it would cost $50..WHAT?! I don't even need the book at this point, just the luggage tags and I'm sure if DME can print them for free so could DCL....They have till Friday before I call hehe

It is me, DH, our twins (girls) 15, and our youngest DD11.

It's our second cruise and we are beyond excited to get back on the Dream. I will read everything here but I wanted to get one post on the board. Would love to meet some of you, especially if you have teenagers or a tween.

Thank you! Like I said...this was a spontaneous thing today when I did a search for Fish Extenders because I didn't know what they were! When it comes to WDW, I'm a pro, but a big 'ol novice on the cruises.

Reading other threads I just realized that I missed out on the FE group. Boo. But my daughter would love a penpal.

I'll do some reading and see where I can tack in 6 more posts.

My daughter and her DBF are both 15. I'm sure they would love to meet you daughters. They are both really excited to check out Vibe on the ship. DH and I will probably only see them at dinner or planned excursions. :rolls eyes:

Called DCL this morning and they are sending new luggage tags for free!!!

I did find it odd that when I called yesterday and today, neither CM asked me security questions address/DOB/etc. after giving the reservation number..odd.

OK, off work and managed to read most of the posts and contact a few of you with kids in my daughters' age groups. I may be slow to arrive, but I hit the ground running.

We would definitely like to meet everyone! Since this is our first DISmeet, we'll just follow what everyone else wants to do.

Do a lot of people dress up for the Pirate Night? Do you dress up for dinner or the party or both? I don't want it to be like the first time I went to MNSSHP and didn't dress up and seemed like the odd one out..now I dress up haha. Just didn't know how popular it was to dress up because I might head to MK this weekend or next and find some Pirate Ts before my CM 40% discount vanishes!

We did last time and had a great time. Nothing crazy, but we all looked piratey Arrgh!

I wore a cover up over my swimsuit for CC last time and will do so again. DD wore the same, but this year she says she's bringing shorts for the bike ride. I don't remember any changing areas.

Haven't been to Atlantis yet. That's on this year's agenda!

I'm wondering about Atlantis as well. I think we might wear the suits with shorts and shirts over it because we won't want waste time...we'll see.

How about the Vista Cafe for the meet? It's right near the stairs- then we can take a group photo before we go to Muster.

That sounds great. I'll try to find a picture and figure out how to post it. I loved everyone else's photos.

I'm so sorry, but the FE group closed on the 15th.

Darn. But I was actually thinking that if that FE group is closed, I really wouldn't mind grouping up some other last minute-type people that might want to do something a little less formal? We've never done it before, my kids would love anything they got and it's only 4 nights right? We have 3 weeks. I was planning to get a few little trinkets for my girls and just do that, but if there are a few people interested, let me know. I'm game to give it a try.

My DD was 1.5 months from her 11th birthday last year and they said absolutely no way about going into the Edge.

The kids are allowed to go the younger clubs to be with siblings or just because they like it, but DCL are big sticklers about moving up. Ultimately it was fine because she enjoyed the activities in the Lab. There may be a few group activities that everyone can join though.
