I think that's what I read on one of the threads but who knows? Will be interesting to see if they would stick to 1'hour windows, half hour, quarter hours or more.
Don't think it would wipe out the EMH mornings, but it would definitely impact what can be accomplished. I guess that you have the same amount of people either way. Personally I wouldn't waist a FP+ selection the first hour or two anyways. If I force my self out of bed, not a morning person (+1 hour earlier time zone), I want the extra benefit of having standby only line to worry about.
For regular openings I could see it going either way. But talk about messing with the plans of people who ate use to opening the parks!
Would offering FP's that first hour have any impact on dispersing the crowd? Could they offer more passes to the less traveled portions and less to the ones everyone races for? Who knows, they could even offer some to people right after the park opens hoping to spread the crowds out!
I know a lot of people feel that FP+ is a waste of money on Disney's part, but it offers them so many possibilities and control they don't have now!
