At my 180 days and can't reserve online???

I am trying to make my reservations right now. It let me for my first day there but won't for any of the other days. It has them highlighted as my trip days. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. Anyone else having this problem? I know I can call but I am commuting to work at 7 and would really like to get this done! Any advice?

A lot of ppl have been having this issue. Seems like a glitch in the new website. Call at 7 and they call do them for you. Good luck!
 
We had to call at our 180 day mark back in December. It has been happening for a while.

It worked out, I did have to tweak a few for the times I wanted because the cast member I spoke with said the times were not available I wanted but I knew better and adjusted the times on line as each day became available.

If you can't get it done today, don't stress over it. Unlike most people think, you don't have to get them in at the stroke of midnight at the 180-day mark. You have plenty of time.
 
I wouldn't worry! I've not been able to do our ADRs online! We're staying for 21 nights, so you can imagine that's a lot of phone calls and a lot of waiting! :( Anyway I've been able to get everything that we wanted! :thumbsup2
 
My day was on the 12th and same thing happened to me. You have to call. THe CM that took my ADRS said that the system is "new" and they are working out the kinks. She did say once it does work it will be wonderful.:thumbsup2
 


Thanks everyone. The only one I was concerned about was Be Our Guest. I called and got all oft reservations at close or exactly the time I wanted. The woman acted like I was crazy when I said the website wasn't allowing me to do it. Tht annoyed me! But no big deal :-). All done and now I can stop obsessing. For a bit.
 
I was able to make my 180+10 ADRs on my iPad. The old website comes up when I use my iPad.

I made all my reservations on my iPad. In order to do the 180+10 you have to link your dining reservations to your resort reservation. I was able to do it without any problems. I made all my reservations and received confirmation emails immediately, I still called and checked on the phone to make sure everything was reserved correctly.

It's been a while since I made dining reservations and will be doing them next week. Where exactly on the website do I do this and make sure I can do the 180+10 without a problem? Thank you

Did it this morning! I was afraid I'd go on at 6:00 and suddenly see the dreaded new site!
 
Ho do you get the 180+10 day thing? This is only the 2nd time I will be doing ADR's and last year I booked my package within 180 days so I just made them when I booked my package. What do you have to do/how do you know you get the +10 days? (I'm sure the answer is super obvious, I just can't find it) I have a MYW Package if that helps.
I also tried to play around with available times tonight just to get a feel for the new website (which I'm still not in love with ;)) and I kept getting an error that the server was unable to check for times. Super. So when I call the CM (because I seriously doubt the website will be all fixed within 2 weeks) do I have to do it one day at a time or can I do it all in one shot? Thanks!
 
I had the same problem this morning. Got up at 6:00 only so see "sorry, we cannot process reservations at this time" or something equally frustrating at 6am on a Sunday!! I stayed up and called at 7 and even now cant get anything past day one.
I too can get the old site on my ipad but it wont link my reservation~I guess because I linked it to the new site~I just cant win......
 
I am having the same problem - I am on the hold right (since 7:05) - it is telling me that it isn't available try again later.

I found that I had to pull the website up under Google Chrome - regular Google would never get it, it just sat there "thinking"

If you are staying on property, you can reserve ten days worth of ADRs at you 180 day mark. Right now though, it seems like the website is not recognizing the +10 part of the calendar. My iPad is showing the +10 highlighted in blue right now. Tomorrow is my 180 day. I will try on the iPad, but will be ready to call at 7 if that doesn't work.

Can someone remind me when the phone que opens - just in case? I know you all are saying 7am... but I thought it was 6am eastern time? It's been so long since I have had to call in an ADR, I just can't remember. ;)

Hi D! Online opens at 6:00 am EST, phones open at 7. I will let you know tomorrow if the iPad worked. You can't use the app on the iPad..you need to go in through safari.
