That is just too cute!!

I think I have a solution to my problem, because it has gotten worse. Now I'm thinking either AoA FN suites, WL, or BC/YC (b/c I want SAB). I just have to have all my internet privileges taken away. Then I can't look at pictures that confuse me even further. JM likes AoA FN suites because he wouldn't have to share a bed with his brother, a room with his Dad's snoring, and they would have their own bathroom. However, he wants SAB. grrrrrr Too many good options!!

Wookie: That is why I have a wee bit of a problem with AoA. The pool doesn't thrill me, and after having just the slide at the Polynesian, and now SAB in May, I don't know about AoA for November anymore. We will have to see too.

Step away from the computer! :rotfl2:

I was going to tease you with a picture of the cheddar soup and a pretzel bread hanging out of it, but luckily for you, that picture is not on my iPad.

ETA: just kidding, I did find it, hahahahahaha...not the best pics though.

We are going to LC for lunch in June, my new meal has become the cheddar cheese soup or Mac and cheese :)

The soup is sooooooo good! :goodvibes

But, I also get the ribeye meal. Believe it or not, I have not had the famous filet (because I despise mushrooms) but the ribeye is AMAZING if you like steak! :thumbsup2

I need to, but then I couldn't watch 2 Broke Girls.

I NEED WONKA VISION!! It's an amazing picture!! I want to lick the screen.

My oldest DS brought me two York Peppermint patties.

We we would do the dining plan, I would get a whole meal...but then be miserable. When we were there over Thanksgiving , I made the decision from now on to do the soup or Mac and cheese :) I used to get the Filet with the mashed potatoes

Sorry I missed all the conversations yesterday, I was busy with laundry and packing :) I have so many bags, it's comical! Between drinks, snacks, coffee pot, kids backpacks, and suitcases it looks like we could be moving in for a month, lol!!!

Hope everyone has a great day!!!

BB Have a great trip.

MISS My inlaws and my own family in Calilfornia leave me frazzled. The ones in Chicago just leave me a 2 week hangover. I love your cone picture. Doggie was not good. He got his cone off the first night, opened his wound. Another day at the vet and a 220.00 vet bill. Very bad doggie.

MomaRosa We will be leaving our new 2 year old fur baby for 2 weeks in a kennel. I know it's hard to do, but they should be fine. I would stick with the longer trip. I love CSR.

PAS I know Club level is such a waste of money. Why am I booked CL?:confused3 I love breakfast, but despise the CL breakfasts. I'm really not a fan of stale danishes, bagels, or cereal. I do like the apps, the wine, and oh there is nothing like that Poly punch.

Oh by the way I take back everything said about paying a room only online. They have it set up for it, but it wouldn't take my CC info.

I cancelled my other interline reservation. :faint: I'm waiting for my 2400 to be refunded now. I am booked 10 nights at Yc SV CL with the BB. Not quite as good as discount it's 5% less, but I have so much freedom. :cool1:Ap discounts are good at some resorts. Should I split?:hyper: Three months is an eternity for me. I'm a person who will change resorts in the rental car leaving MCO.

I have done everything there is to do at WDW. I'm not sure how to make this interesting. The one thing we have not done is spend 10 days in the Epcot area. I'm also considering Busch Gardens and SeaWorld instead of Universal. Do I really need CL level? :badpc:

So I'm sitting here with two BBs booked and I'm pretty sure I won't use either of them. One is for F&W .... we've gone the last few years and it just seemed like a good idea but maybe not this year. The other is for a few days before our Granny trip but since it will probably be DH, DD and myself we'll probably stay in a timeshare just for the extra room.

Now when do I really want to go???? Early May for F&G .... since this is the first year that they are doing the food booths I think it will be fun! But DH and I are suppose to be going to San Diego for a week mid April so that seems like a bit much.

What to do ..... what to do .....
May :thumbsup2 Although early November :rolleyes2 janet and I MAY be there :goodvibes

I do really love the WL.
It's SO nice there ::yes::

Keep repeating this Pas, this will be your mantra....
 My ying or yang...voice of reason

Hello lovely ladies. I need to catch up. In at work right now, and after work I am taking the kids to dinner as per Danimal's request.

Last night it was decided my dad wants to join us on the cruise. What? So now I have to rework the budget. I think our WDW stay post cruise will be shortened. I will play with numbers tonight and see what I can do. I desperately need a new bag so I'm working that into the budget as well. It would be much easier if my parents could contribute to the vacation, at least cover their airfare or something. Oh well, have to do what I have to do I suppose.
I need a new bag too..but my WDW deposit WAY more important :lmao: Maybe leave your parents home and take Janet and Sam :thumbsup2

Pas-Your trip plans do sound perfect, just as they are!
Thanks Ginny!!!! :goodvibes

I don't know what came over me. My mind was SET on FWC and still sort of is. I've always wanted to try it, but Our Dear Jungle Cruiser Sarah keeps telling me, as she always did, that I just wouldn't be happy there. But, DD and DH LOVE CR and it's a known entity and they're happy to move - or not. UGH.

FWC is the pragmatic choice given the additional spring break overcharge and DH and I have our own room (albeit a double bed and bunks:upsidedow). I love FW, but maybe not so much staying there? And then there's my little issue with not having a gym there... DH and DD have given up on me and have left it up to me. DH keeps asking if I've changed yet. I'm thinking out loud, aren't I?:sad2:

WWY(all)D?
The Cabins are really cute...quiet. Living room to chill out...and money saved is always good!!! Save CR for after the refurb!!! What would I do....constantly obsess and change 2-3 times daily I suppose :rolleyes2

Thank you all for your support ladies. You are the best! :grouphug:

Well, the appt was exhausting. Six doctors over four hours and DS and I are wiped out. I am going to go crazy over the next few weeks waiting for the report. I need to go snuggle with my little guy now. I'll try to catch up with you all later.
 We can help pass the time ::yes::
Pas: Love that your hubby calls you Nett! Can we call you that too??:)
Of course!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You just made me think that FWC is very civilized in comparison to a real, live camping area! You may have inadvertently convinced me to stick with it and prove I can do it!
:)

Ladies...I need advice.... so I had originally booked CSR, business class August 11 and had finally convinced myself that going back to a moderate from a deluxe was going to be more than fine for this trip. Airfare came out yesterday and the prices are ridiculously higher than what I was willing to pay so I had to change my dates and go a week later. Now CSR is completely sold out for the week of 8/19 & I have to look at another moderate. This year is supposed to be a budget trip, thus the reason for booking a moderate but I'm worried about whether or not I'm going to like POR. I then proposed we cut back from a 7 day to a 5 or 6 day and try Wilderness Lodge or AKL again (stayed there in 2010). I got shot down pretty quick....everyone prefers a moderate and the longer stay. So I booked a royal guest room, garden view (for now).To make my head spin more: we adopted a rescue (an 18 month old shih tzu) 3 weeks ago and I'm nervous about putting him in a kennel when we do finally go. DH says he'll be fine and I'm sure he will be but I can't help but worry. Please tell me I'm overthinking everything and that I'll be happy with POR and that my "little guy" will be fine without us for a week....YIKES!
Several RCers just came back from POR...and loved it!!

Wookie: That is why I have a wee bit of a problem with AoA. The pool doesn't thrill me, and after having just the slide at the Polynesian, and now SAB in May, I don't know about AoA for November anymore. We will have to see too.

I know...the Poly punch...I could buy a lot of Island Sunsets though....

So 10 nights no split....mmmm...you'll want a split....keep Universal...I like Seaworld but you can get the shuttle from the hotel for a day trip!!!

It's SO nice there ::yes::

It really is!!

I have decided how to pick a resort. Between now and September, I'll have JM build a time machine. Then come September, we'll stay at AoA, go back in time, stay at WL, go back in time and stay at YC/BC, go back in time one last time. Which ever resort we like best, we'll stay at again. :lmao:

oooo, or JM to could a holodeck like they have on Star Trek starships. Then I could do a stay at each resort using the holo deck and decide which one to stay at.

Other than that, I have no idea how to finally decide. Maybe we'll do a big family vote on it.

If I could get 10 nights GV at YC that's is what I would do. All that is available at YC or BC is CL. I could live without Cl at YC. It didn't have any WOW factor for me. Poly and WL on the other hand...lets just say I don't want to say at either place without CL. :cloud9: I don't think I want to do a split unless I do CL. I don't want to have to pack up all the drinks snacks, beer etc. I can't do Universal and SeaWorld...too expensive. DL at Christmas was a budget killer for this trip.

My perfect trip would CL at Universal and GV at YC. That would also be very affordable. I don't think I can make that happen without switching dates. I am considering a CSR/YC cl split. I think going from RPR to CSR might be a bit of a downer. Not a clue what I am going to do. At least I have the freedom to change things 800 times over the next 12 weeks.

I swear, the internet is a cruel and evil woman. I started looking at pictures of BC/YC. It wasn't bad enough I had a little WL fairy on one shoulder whispering in my ear that we have to stay there or I'll regret it, and an AoA fairy on the other one whispering the same about the AoA. Now this little BC/YC fairy is whisper the same thing about those resorts and that we should try something new and SAB is like a free water park.

Well now I'm having the opposite problem with my blood pressure. The bottom number is staying in the 60's with the odd 76 or 59 thrown in. I'm going to have to make another appt and go in and see the doctor before he talk about changing up my meds. I'm not sure if he needs to or if I really need to see him. The inlaws just have me freaked about it being "so low".

Don't worry about your diastolic number. Those numbers are fine. The systolic number is really the only one you need to worry about. If it drops below 90 you may need to have your meds adjusted. My BP runs about 95/50. I wouldn't see your doctor unless you are having side effects from the meds or any you have any other concerns.

I would try SAB.

Wanted to write a quick one to my favourite ladies! :goodvibes :grouphug:

Dani: You are such a good daughter! :worship:

Janet: Would Sam still stick with band if she gave up on the Marching Band? (Would that just be orchestra at that point?)

DetTigsGal: Congrats to your DS!

Ginny: Another storm headed our way. :lmao: about Disney IT, just add some Mountain Dew to that and I bet you're right on the money.

I_Heart: We'll help you while away the time.

Jen: I was laughing at your previous camping exploits. :lmao:  It sounds like fun and I hope it IS fun for you guys this time.

Candace: Posting that pic... killing me. Must go get dinner going. :scared:

Padawans: Bad doggy, indeed! :sad2: Was it one of those hard plastic cones? We wound up having to buy one of the soft ones that attach to the collar for our pooch, slippery beast she is. Reading about Universal has my curiosity piqued (again). All of the Universal hotels are walking distance, is that right? :scratchin

Wookie: BC... BbbbbbbbbCCCCcccc (or YC). :rolleyes1

------------------------

Okay, I'm outta here... for some reason I'm suddenly ravenous. :confused3

I wish I lived in Florida right about now...
Tonight the temps will be in the subzero range and then ...we are in for up to two feet of the dreaded white stuff...I hate winters in Maine...

But the good news is we are slowing getting closer and closer to going to Disney...My hubby was looking at Riverside again...please...NO NOT AGAIN...:confused3

Thanks for all of your support girls

So at the moment I'm waiting at the dentists office. DD managed to chip one of my teeth with a fork when I was letting her "feed" me. :(

Kook - FWC will never be high on my list. They were cute and it was very serene there, but it did not feel resort-y enough for me. Good luck with your decision.

Wookie - Another vote for SAB!!!

Babyberger - I know I'm too late but have a great trip!

My news of the day is that I caved and booked a F&G quickie trip. Dates are 4/22 - 4/26 and airfare is already locked in. We are at YC CL at the mo. I think I'm obsessed with that place. I guess I will need to change the summer trip to a split for sure now.

Am I overlapping anybody? I know there are a lot of RCers doing Spring.

Talk to you all later

ME, ME, ME!!!!!!!!!!!!! :yay:

We are YC CL from 4/18-4/28!!!!!

Wookie: BC... BbbbbbbbbCCCCcccc (or YC). :rolleyes1

My first SAB thought was the BC, but then I read somewhere that not all of the balconies are full balconies. Some of them are "Juliet" standing ones. If I'm paying that kind of money for a room, it better have a full balcony (which is the main reason I couldn't stay at the Poly).

I showed Joey pics of rooms and the pools at AoA, WL, rooms at YC, then SAB. I didn't even get to show him BC rooms (which was next after SAB). As soon as he saw SAB, he said, "there, I want to stay there. I don't care how girly the rooms are."

Okay, I'm outta here... for some reason I'm suddenly ravenous. :confused3

I'm just the opposite, but then I ate like a pig today. For lunch, I ate a small stuffed chicken breast that had cheese and broccoli. This is after having a small tub of guacamole with chips for breakfast. Plus my fil blew up at my mil as I was making dinner. That always makes me sick to my tummy. My DH and Joey got very angry at me for not eating, but I just couldn't.

I wish I lived in Florida right about now...

I would probably hate Winters if I had them like that too.

Thanks for all of your support girls

:grouphug: To you as well.

Wookie - Another vote for SAB!!!

That's where Joey, the oldest DS, wants to be as well. I showed JM picks last night, but I honestly can't remember what he said.

Talk to you all later

Have a great night!!

Wookie - if you want to make sure you get a full balcony you can book at YC. BC and YC share SAB :)
