Mmmmm mmmmm, it was gooooood! Went well with a glass of ruby red grapefruit juice....that just might have been shaken with some skinny girl vodka and agave nectar :). Our grilled wings turned out great too! Wish I could have had a Texas Princess cookout!

Just give me a couple hours and I'll be right there!:drive:

Bib 2208. I'm moving back to race with my BFF so I won't get to take advantage of the corral.

Can you post a pix of what you are looking for? I am not a Star Trek person so i would need a photo to even try and help.

Basic idea of what I am looking for courtesy of the blond in the red dress: http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&h...54&ved=1t:429,r:22,s:0,i:158&biw=1787&bih=793

There are a couple of variations of female Star Trek costumes. But this is one of the most recognized and the one I really want to wear on May 15th. I even have a bag similar to the one pictured I just need the dress.

I did not go through all 141 pages of this thread, but I am hoping you all can help a 1st time 1/2 marathoner out. I figure I will be done with the race around 7:45-8:00 based on my usual race times. In my infinite wisdom I decided we would go to the breakfast and then hit Epcot for rope drop. Just realized today (after signing up for the breakfast previously) that it is on SATURDAY not Sunday. So, first, is anyone interested in 2 adult and 2 child tickets to the Saturday breakfast (don't know if I can do a transfer, but maybe we could do a hand-off at the Princess Expo on Friday? Second, is there anything to do in the race area for an hour after the race before Epcot opens?

Any Princesses want to help us save some lives? My girls and I are running for Shot@Life to give vaccines to kids in developing countries. We're 17 days out and just $70 short of $1000 enough to protect 50 kids from measles, polio, rotavirus, and pneumococcal virus. $20 protects one child from those 4 diseases.

Any help would be wonderful!

Bib #4362 here!

Since this is all so real now, I'm trying to think out the logistics of my run. First off, I won't have any pockets and would like to be able to have my husband hand me off a GU Gel on Main St...anyone know if this is going to be possible or are the spectators right up next to the runners on the side of the race course?

Second, I saw on prior years' race maps that there's a food station between miles 8 and 9. Can anyone enlighten me as to what exactly may be offered? Is it all real food or will they have gels, chomps, etc?

What a great cause!

I'm the other Cindy. LOL

DH is in D! Fantastic! His only registered time is from ToT where he walked 80% with me and it took us almost 3 hours. So pretty awesome! I was in G last year, first race no time submitted. His bib is 8548 I think.

Hiyo! I am so sick it's insane. Today was actually the worst day yet so it can only get better from here right?!?! Please?!?!? Haha. I'm 9w5d today. Praying to the gods and goddesses I feel better soon. DH hurt his knee at work, smashed with a a hammer, so he hasn't run in a week. He should be back up soon. He's one of those that could rarely run and kill a half marathon lol.

Feel better. I spent all 9 months puking with both kids, and I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
