Hi guys.... We are staying at the Beach Club this spring, an wondered if anyone had Room Numbers for the rooms with the longer, adult-sized daybeds? We are a family of 5 and DD14 is taller than I am. I know he will want to be in the daybed most.

Right now we have a standard Garden view room, but may consider an upgrade to water-view if it guaranteed a longer daybed.:wave2:

Most of the larger daybeds are on the fifth floor. Talk to Ninja Mom though. Her one son slept on the older smaller daybed and I think she said he was pretty tall.

Just booked our May trip! May 29-June 6th! Was going between POR and Yacht Club and we just couldn't pass up the 30% off discount (we have never stayed Deluxe before!) Will be reading this thread for the next month LOL

Wow, lots of MA people here! I am also in MA, northeastern part, 30 min north of Boston! Only 72 more days until I am sipping one of those delicious drinks! I am so excited for this trip, this will be one of the first trips in the last 6 years I won't be either pregnant or nursing! Woohoo!

Thanks TeenaS... my son is 5'9" and at the rate he is growing, he'll be 5'11" by the time we get there. ;) I'll give Ninja Mom a PM!

Oh, I'm a Southern girl who lived in Rockport, MA for 3 years... do I get honorary status for that?:cutie:

Maybe...

You are a Southern gal, so like those of us in the Boston area, you already leave those useless r's and g's offa words that don't need 'em.

The true test: Are you still in shock over the teams that are in (and most importantly, not in) this Sunday's football game?

I should be getting the February activities schedule soon, I'll post it when I receive it.

For now, here is the movie schedule. Movie starts at 7 PM.

Movies by the Beach February 2013 Schedule, popcorn::

Sun- Freaky Friday
Mon- George of the Jungle
Tues- Heavyweights
Wed- Peter Pan
Thurs- Lady and the Tramp
Fri- The Shaggy Dog
Sat- Frankenweenie

Nice! :rotfl2: At least when Bill, Tom & co. came up short, the pain/shock/disbelief was eased by the fact that I was enjoying an amazing dinner at BoG after watching Wishes from the bridge to Beast's Castle. It was real easy to wash away the pain with a little wine and the lemon meringue cupcake. :cool1:

Went this morning to watchy daughters cheer team make it to finals!! Go hawks!! Now chillen at SAB!! Tonight cheer finals, all the puxie dust you have I would appreciate!!!! :)

You've never had lobster? Ever?? Order up, STAT! LOL. Well it's obvious what you need to do, book the first flight out to the BC/YC and dive into some. (Although, Cape Cod or Maine is REALLY the place to go for fresh from the ocean seafood!) :drive:

Ate dinner at Captains Grill last night, enjoyed the NY strip steak better than Yachtsmans! DD had the crab legs and those were cooked perfectly. DS - he fell asleep on the table. literally.
This morning breakfast is at Captains Grill. Love my lounge oatmeal but looking forward to the Grill's breakfast!.

Hahaha!!! My DS and DD did the same thing too but at Le Cellier in 2010. We ordered and they fell fast asleep in the booth!! We had tickets for Candlelight too!!!
