Everything You Need To Know About Discount Codes

Can you still call the reservations line to find out if there is a PIN code attached to your name?

I received a PIN awhile ago, never used it, and am now considering booking a trip for later this year.

The last update to the OP was for 2011, so I wasn't sure...

I called 2 weeks ago and asked. I had a room-only discount PIN attached to my account that I had NOT received by e-mail or snail mail. It also showed the free dining PIN I received by snail mail. I opted for room-only as it was a better discount than the public offer on the WDW site and included the room I wanted (which was excluded on the public offer). It's certainly worth a call to check. Worst they can say is "no". Good luck!

i just recieved a pin code in my email this evening for a room only offer. i had recently signed up on the website, ordered a dvd & booked a vacation last week for this may.

i called in to see what the offer was and it turns out what i already had was $50 cheaper lol

Fill me in I'm looking for deals!!! PLEASE!!!!

I just received a pin code today that will give us a small discount. I'm so excited but I was wondering if I use it if that would keep me from receiving another code for a possibly better discount? Thanks

How do I find the code? How can I get one?

Being booked with a PIN (or without) does not exclude you from receiving another PIN for the same time period. However, PINs are so random that even receiving just one is fantastic! :goodvibes

How do I find the code? How can I get one?

Please refer to post #1 of this thread for info on PINs. :goodvibes

I called the Disney reservation number when I booked my stay and asked if there might be a PIN associated with my name and the cm I talked to had no clue what I was talking about. She thought I meant a PIN for the room key...

How Do I Know If I Got A Code

Generally speaking an email or postcard to one of the addresses Disney has on file for you is your notification. If you've moved or you're just wondering if perhaps you have received a code but didn't know about it - you USED TO BE ABLE TO CALL the Disney Reservation Center 1-407-W-DISNEY and ask for them to see if you have a code associated with your name/address in the reservations system. They do not permit this any longer. Sorry, too many people were taking up agent's time with the "Do I have a code question" -- so they discontinued this.

I Called once last month and a 2nd time last week. They put me on hold to check to see if I had a pin code. ( I did not, but they didn't tell me they no longer did this.) Were they just taking a coffee break :surfweb: while pretending to look? :confused3

I emailed DISNEY to see if a pin code was associated with my reservation.I just got an email back from DISNEY which stated that I have to check the special offers section of their website as they do not apply special discounts to reservations and I will have to contact them if I see and want a special offer applied to my reservation.
I do not understand as so many people are talking about contacting DISNEY regarding codes...PLEASE HELP

You need to call to see if you have a PIN associated with your name/home address. Did you give them your house address in the email? I've never heard of checking for a PIN via email. As far as I know, there are no active PINs out right now anyway. When are you wanting to travel? If you dont mind me asking, of course.
